I ate lunch at this restaurant on 2/28/24. When I received my credit card charges in March, I found that the business charged me twice. Once for the meal total, then again when I added a tip. This led to one charge for ****** and one charge for ****** (as I added a ***** tip). I should have only been charged for the ******. I have called the business and talked to **** (manager) a few times. He told me that he would give this information to the owner, ********, and she would call me back. This has never happened. I provided **** with all the receipt information, which I attached in a document to this case. I would like a refund of the ******.Business response

I had left a message in March and never heard back. I looked back at my notes and I the last 4 digits of her phone number, I typed X1386. See this complaint, I noticed the number ended in X1396. I have just left a message as well as a text message to either call me directly on my cell or if she felt more comfortable to call the restaurant and speak to our General Manager, ***************************, she could give him her credit card information, so we could take care of this for me.
