I purchased a 2018 genesis g80 with **** miles at ******************** ****** in august of last year. On January of this year the car started having **************** issues . The vehicle was service by ******* four separate times before I was told it need to be taken to the Genesis dealer in Kirkland . After explaining the issues and dangers of my vehicle to Genesis I was put on a 2 month wait for a service appointment with no opportunity for a rental.I took my car into genesis on June 5th and was told before drop off by the service manager I had rodent damage and was refused service. This week I paid a mechanic to tell me that he could find no actual evidence of rodent damage after a 2 hour diagnostic. I have contacted genesis and informed them and was told no its rodent damage although they have no proof I am no being told by genesis I need to either wait until September or see if ****** can help me. I am at a point where I feel I purchased a lemon and when I mentioned that to the guy and the fact that by the time they can service it Ill be out of the lemon time frame and he said I know it ***** rightBusiness response
