Please Help BBB. The original indeed job listing which is no longer up and current job listing on the company website which was posted on March 7th, 2024 and is still up to this date today states that upon 6 months of employment at Mavericks they would refund the $275 they took out of my paycheck for my gaming licensing fee required to work within a casino which was verbally confirmed by the person that hired me. Over the course of my first 4 paychecks they took $68.75 out to compensate for the fee. My employment began on September 14th, 2023 and the 6 month window elapsed on March 14th, 2024. I spoke with my manager after 2 weeks on March 29th, 2024 to ask why I havent been refunded yet and she claimed to have no knowledge of refunds being provided, after this she pulled up the Maverick Website on her work computer and saw firsthand that they are still offering a license refund. She stated that she would speak with the person at HR HR Manager ********** that would handle those types of finances. Over the course of the next two weeks I repeatedly followed up with my manager asking if she received any response from HR, which she did not. I attempted to personally contact HR regarding this issue on April 23rd, 2024 however I was unable to contact them so I left a detailed voicemail asking to receive a call back to speak further. I have yet to receive any communication from my manager or HR as of this date April 28th, 2024 which was my last day working with Maverick. The first 4 images listed below consist of the entirety of a job posting on the Maverick website for my exact same position of Soft Count at a nearby property they own in which they state they will refund licensing fees. The image after that is of the HR poster at my place of employment telling me who to contact and how. The final image is of the initial job posting on indeed when I first applied for Maverick.Any names or contact information for the people listed above will be provided upon request.Business response

********'s date of hire was September 8, 2023. The six (6) month date of employment was on April 8, 2024 which is the beginning of a pay period with a check date of April 26,2024. Unfortunately, the claimants $275 reimbursement was missed and will be paid on the May 10, 2024 check date which is one (1) pay period late.
Thank you.
