QUALITY of CARE ISSUE report to BBB I was scheduled for a redo of tooth #5, on which the dentist did intervene on 12/12/2022 appointment.I called days ago and rescheduled a visit because the issue was not resolved and tooth was still loose;I was supposed to be in their office today: 3/6/2023 @ 11 am. At 10:22 am !! being on the road, going to this appointment , I received a call from front desk, saying the dentist doesn't want to do it again and they cancel my appointment. I was frustrated- how come half an hour prior to appointment , they call to cancel??, but the woman (fast talking and not very patient) said "I understand your frustration" but we can't redo anything for you at this point. I asked to talk to the dentist who treated me, and I was refused and phone call was hang up.I am asking to be reimbursed the time and gas money, spent going to/from this location($240), and the dentist to apologize for lack of professionalism of their staff.Also, recement the loose tooth.Thank you,DG Attached is the time I received the call to cancel appointment. NB: If me, as a patient I cancel the appointment, I am charged and penalized.Customer response

I sent you proof that the business called me on March 6, and they denied i was a patient there?
Can we have a conference call with ht e dentist office?
