I have had issues with being told hire price once coming into the location. Loaner cars have had issues, seem unsafe for road way, all the time I get services done my car is there for almost the whole day. Shortly after leaving my car has some sort of issue as well. Which makes it very difficult because not a lot of shops are Willing to work on fiats due to the lack of access to parts. I was told 450 for services plus a 100 dollar diagnostic fee than I get there and everything is racked up even higher. To a whooping 800 the service provide tells me since there were no notes there no proof. To anything I had to say. Which one of his coworker mentioned that he over charged me on a service and his explanation was that the computer systems have recently changed.Review from Dom P

This branch engages in unethical (and potentially legally questionable) behavior. I was about to close a car purchase with the *************************** branch in Kirkland. Without my knowledge, the sales associate submitted a separate (indirect) financing application to my bank, issued by the branch - despite the fact that I had secured and provided a fully approved credit letter from my bank, already. When talking to my bank they made me aware of this, explaining that this is purely done so that the branch/sales manager can receive a higher financial incentive. The business practice of deceiving your (potential) customers is more than disappointing and nothing anyone should want to be associated with.I'd hoped there were higher standards for ethical business practices and customer service. Disappointing.
