      Hi, my complaint is geared towards a particular game that I have been playing for the last three years or so. The game is Injustice 2 for mobile. Let me start by saying I have reached out to the injustice team by way of constant customer complaints with absolutely no resolve. I have spent at least ****** dollars on this game only to have the same issues occur time after time. These issues are as follows: Game lagging, buttons not working properly or not at all. Characters don't appear to level up, even after you have paid into the game to be able to upgrade. Also I truly beleive that the game developers purposely Amp up the bots, so will lose as to create frustration, and force you to make in app purchases which never yield any positive results. The customer service is a joke its never a actual person handling your complaints, they are answered by some sort of automated ai system which is trash, because the issues are never resolved. All they ever say in response to your complaints is that they are gonna pass the information along to I guess the developers for review, however nothing is ever fixed. They have countless complaints about this game in particular, I have even seen videos on ******* describing the shady business practices of these game developers. So sum it up I beleive the game developers of Injustice 2 for mobile have rigged this game, so one has to pay into it to advance. Games are meant to be fun especially for children whom I'm sure are the majority of users, they are meant to be geared towards relaxation, and a way to temporarily escape the worlds frustrations. However playing this game causes so much stress and frustration especially from players who have spent hundreds of dollars to level up characters. The game developers should be ashamed of themselves, however as long as they are making money they could careless.

      of the releases of mortal kombat 10 - 11. in trying to talk to other stuidios about anti censorhsip, i was given a terrible treatment. Mortal Kombat, Rock Steady, they all "tonned down" elements at the behest of a consultant at "sweet baby" in ********, in ******. this has lead to disaster, this lead to the censorship of poilce cars in Multi-Versus. the continued toining down of women's clothing by rock steady and Neather Realm. dispite how feminist, ************************** has rightly described such changes as sexist. (she laments being published in 'bounding in to comics'") no one heard. ************************* ok hand sign was changed, and the person in charge of that decision cited nazis... even though the *** said such ties between the OK handsign and bigoted hate gropus were bogus.******************************************************************* we are seeing FAR less diversity in depictions women' all when neather realm's QA was ***** ***** with someone who is a known con artist and alleged anti semite named "*****************************" who lied about being attacked and only censores games from a fake-feminist perspective. **************************************************************** ******************************* even the *** had something to say on it and the claims ********* made. **************************************************************************************************************** the peopel that spoke up AGAINST CENSORSHIP are given bomb threats and death threats. that's a toxic community. i got a LOT of hate just trying to bring that up and trying to address the dangerous anti consumer anti free speech issue that censorship puts on to games. i got some really nasty words from their official representatives and community ambassadors. how can one be "respectful" to women when we're tearing spines out? why do we problemize women who show skin the same way the ****s puritans did?

      I put a lot of time and hours into that game trying to rank up through their ranking system for their season of blood *********** skin reward. I accomplished reaching the elder god status, but received none of the rewards for it. I sent screenshots to the development and technical support team, and they responded one time telling me that they will look into it.       Summary: On 12/20/2023, I receive an 'unusual gameplay' error while playing a division 6 champions arena game. This not only deprived me of the points from that particular match, but booted me to Division ************** all the points I had earned that week; I will be Division 10 next season rather than Division 5 where I would have been otherwise.I was not, nor have I ever, used cheats or hacks of any kind; this was also an easy arena where no hacks would have benefitted me at all.Assuming I stop playing Champions Arena going forward, this cost me a total of **** gems and 40 class shards over 6 weeks of Champions Arena seasons. Given the pricing of gems, this is about the same as the "Lost Treasures of Atlantis" package worth US$49.99.When I appealed, I was told no action would be taken, and I should uninstall and reinstall the game which sounds more like an action to correct your software error than anything else.I am a longtime player, who has spent hundreds of dollars on the game, and they just stole about $49.99 worth of progress.

      WB games TOS clearly states sharing of logins ( keep sharing) and use of alt accounts is a violation. It has been REPEATEDLY brought to their attention this is occurring. They do nothing. These examples are just a few and limited to my kingdom only

      I'm writing concerning the Injustice 2 Mobile game, an undisclosed parameter that affects progress/earned rewards and WB Games ineffective customer service in its wake. In the course of the game, you routinely acquire gears for your character that aid in progress. These gears range in effectiveness and rarity and can be obtained through standard gameplay or in-game purchase using the games currencies or real money. Upon pursuing a chance at obtaining character-specific gear using the game's premium currency, I'd noticed that the gear I'd newly earned did not appear in my account. I took to recording a next handful of efforts in obtaining gear and was met with the same 'nondelivery'. When I contacted customer service I was informed there is a limit on collecting gear that, when reached, will cause any incoming gear to immediately be lost, regardless of how it was obtained or the value of said gear. This limit remains undefined and unmentioned in the game or any of it's official channels. Only by wading though unofficial community discussion among fellow players did I see sparing mention of this gear limit (still undefined). **************** went on to tell me there was nothing to be done in terms of being awarded the cited gear that I'd earned or being reimbursed for the premium currency I'd spent in attempting to claim the gear. This was even in the face of video proof that I offered of the encounter. Overall, I find a 'hidden' cap that can adversely affect your progress this way fairly underhanded and yet, easily remedied. Some official mention should be implemented into the game, informing of progress encroaching on this limit so players can adjust accordingly. In the interim, there should be some brand of recourse in recovering items that have been lost because of this poorly implemented and callous feature.

      My game of thrones conquest got hacked now I cant log back into my game i spend thousands of my earn money I work for just to be hacked now the support team dont give me details whats going on I send them receipts that I was the owner of that account along with pictures showing them Ill like reimbursement for all those years supporting and spending money

      At this point I am honestly considering filing the inevitable class action against WB Games myself. Recently one of the MANY glitches in the game cost me a significant amount of in game currency. I reported the bug to the customer service team and asked for the currency back to which I was categorically told no. This currency often costs real money. And ** knows that to continue playing in the current climate of the game, buying currency is necessary. So it is in their best interest not to fix the bugs that cost people currency because they will be forced, like I was, to buy more packs and give ** more money. My best estimate is that ** owes me well over $100 from the various glitches and errors that have cost money, but any time I report one of these errors to the customer service team through a ticket. They tell me that the customer service team doesnt have the ability to provide me a refund or in game items to compensate my losses. Only the game team can do that, but the game team doesnt contact individual customers or provide any of those services. So how are you supposed to get compensated for ** stealing from you? You arent. Its just theft. They literally dont even hide it. They practically flaunt it.

      A class action lawsuit is a must. Wb games continue to release ******** switch titles that are faulty upon arrival. They continue to get away with doing this knowing people cannot get refunds. False advertising is against the law. If were able to take MK1 back for a refund then that would great. We get a crappy running game and they get to keep our money. Despite many bug reports on the wb website ******** Switch users are not being heard. I will never pre order mk again. As a matter of fact i won't be purchasing it anymore due to their sexism.

      Hi so this is regarding the video game Mortal kombat 1. There has been a bug in the game causing hundreds if not thousands of people being unable to play their online multiplayer game. Including PS5 XBOX and Steam For PC. There is a online section on WB games website where you can report issues with the game. I myself have not been able to play the online game since I got it on day one ************************************************************** < Here is the link to the bug report page. It seems like wb games won't acknowledge the issue and everyone who has bought the game and can't play it feel ripped off and miss treated. I'm hoping maybe someone can reach out to ever is in charge to find put why they don't fix this game braking bug. Or at least make a statement that they know about it
