Keller Williams is unprofessional. They lower the price of the property to the detriment of the seller, and try to sell property below value so they make sales and make themselves look good. They do that because they have no real marketing department, but say falsely that they do--like many other realtors. I tried Keller Williams in ******, **, *********************** who approached me with promises, and did nothing, I even had to organize the photos from pdf prints myself, and worse things. Keller Williams' ******************************* in Otsego County, ** tried to lower the property value of my place. One site online says she did not sell property last year at all, but is up as a top seller on some other websites. Two other properties she has in town are not being sold for months and undervalued, and one of them was pulled off and does not appear on Zillow or other similar sites even though her KW sign is up on the property. Most real estate agents sell below ************* in three years, many properties do not get sold. So, it is almost like a failed system for many sellers.Until I find a competent realtor, I have my property up for sale myself, and when I received a call from an investor from way over in *******, ******** from the *********************** team's number rings a few seconds after, like they have my cell phone on hacked or something. I discontinued with *********************** team only to find they just pulled off the *** but did not finish totally withdrawing my contract, and so I have to take care of that so I can get another realtor soon. This has all been very depressing and unfortunate, as I wanted to relocate past June 2023. There needs to be more seller's rights, better real estate companies. The new Global *** system out of ******, ** is faulty sometimes, as it lists towns instead of ************ people live in, even though ************ have their own separate post offices. S**** system for some sellers.

In one day, I received a unsolicited text message and a separate unsolicited email from ************************* of Keller Williams. I had never heard of Miquel or Keller Williams and am not the least bit interested in selling my house. When I contacted him about this he wrote the following response:****,Myself and my team prides ourselves in delivering a quality service and doing everything in our power to facilitate our clients achieve their goals.You being sent the above email without prior consent is completely unacceptable and I sincerely apologize for that.I have already altered the settings to prevent you from receiving another email like this again.Sincerely,************************* He later told me they use 3 different websites to search for peoples' information. My take from this experience is that Keller Williams acts unethically first, then apologizes for it later. Thank you,**** J
