I purchased a gift card for We Come To You Detail for my husband in December of 2022 from the owner of the business. My husband then scheduled the detail in August of 2023. On the first date scheduled, the owner, ***************, cancelled the morning of due to a conflict. No problem, my husband rescheduled. On the second date, ***************, the owner contacted my husband within a couple of hours of the appointment time to cancel and request a reschedule again. My husband was understandably upset as he had changed his schedule to be home with his vehicle for the second time. The owner, ***************, became upset and heated toward my husband as his dog had died. He then refused to reschedule and provide the service we had paid for because my husband was rude and insensitive to his situation. Unacceptable on so many levels. I then followed up on September 14, 2023 to request a refund, as he had refused to provide the service we had paid for. His response was to request an apology. His exact words were: "I would appreciate an apology. The things he said to me and his lack of empathy was pretty heartless." I again requested a refund. He refused and attempted to call my cell phone. He left a long rambling message wanting to explain to me what my husband did wrong in not being sensitive to his dog dying. Unacceptable. And he refused to provide a refund and has not to date.
