    I've been a customer for over a year now at their first location and their second once they opened it , that was until today. I tried placing an online order online but your order has to be $20 minimum. I then called the ******** location to make a phone order and was told they don't do phone call orders. I explained that I had just left the hospital and was just wondering if I could get an accommodation to pre order so i wont be there long. The man on the phone then raised his voice at me saying it's company policy and they make their shakes in under 60 seconds which I told him that's not true I've been there multiple times it takes longer than that. After hanging up, my mom went in to place my order and shortly after she did the lady and man in the back came out to ask if she was the one from the phone and when she said no I'm her mother, they continued to be rude and lied saying I was aggressive and rude over the phone when all I asked for was an accommodation. They then refunded my moms order and told her to leave. The lady in the back took his side because it's her son. Can't believe after all the shakes I've had here I would be treated like this for asking a question.
