I placed an order from the Subway website choosing the locations that i wanted to pickup at which was at:17171 ************************************************************************************* ************ . The email informs me that I can pick up my order @ 20:10 and I arrive at 20:05. The doors are locked and no one was inside. I email Subway and all i get is they have directed my email to the proper department. What is the holdup of my refund? This has happened before and the refund process was much quicker. I shouldn't have to keep monitoring my credit card for a refund. I do not want any store credit because I am boycotting this establishment until they make changes to the quality of their product. I am just asking for money that I paid for a product but never received.
