On 6/28/2021 they replaced the clutch, pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing, slave cylinder, master cylinder, and resurfaced the flywheel on my **** **** Ranger. On 5/23/2022 I let them know that the clutch was intermittently failing to engage. I brought it in and they said it did not malfunction when they test drove the truck. Multiple times during May and June I had let them know I was continuing to have issues with it. On June 6th I emailed them video proof that the clutch was failing to engage. They said that it looked like I was in neutral which led me to send another video proving that I was not in neutral. About a day after sending that video, I talked to ***** and he told me I had an appointment on 6/17/2022 to get all the parts that were originally replaced on 6/28/2021 to be replaced in order to resolve this issue. When I brought my truck in on 6/16/2022, everyone I talked to seemed to have no recollection of any of the issues with my truck or the fact that I had an appointment the following day. However, I was assured that everyone would do their best to have it done by the end of the following day. When I called just before the shop closed on 6/17/2022 I was again told that the truck did not malfunction during a test drive and I needed to come pick it up without it being worked on.All my previous attempts to get my truck fixed have fallen within their 1 year ****** mile warranty. The original repair was 06/28/2021 and the mileage was *******. The truck was returned to on 05/23/2022 and the mileage was well below the warranted ****** mile coverage. At this time the mileage is *******, still well below the warranted ****** miles.When I picked the truck up originally on 06/28/2021 I payed $1,491.12 for the repair.**** **** Ranger 4.0 manual License ************* Invoice #: ****Business response

YES I AGREE THAT THIS DID OCCUR. WE TRIED SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO HAVE THE VEHICLE TO MALFUNCTION FOR US. WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING TO CORRECT THIS. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL TECHICIANS TEST DRIVE FOR HOURS WITHOUT IT MALFUNCTION. WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO FIX.
THE ***** THAT ********************* SENT US COULD NOT TELL WHAT WAS GOING ON. SOME OF THE ***** DIDNT SHOW THE **** BECAUSE HIS STEERING WHEEL WAS IN THE WAY. WE DIDNT GET ***** OF WHAT HE WAS DOING WITH THE PEDALS, YES WE SEE HIM SHIFTING BUT THAT DIDNT HELP US TO DETERMIND THE FAILURE.
WE HAVE BEEN DOING CLUTCHES SINCE **** AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN AND FOR HOW MANY TIMES HE HAS BROUGHT HIS VEHICLE TO US IT SHOULD HAVE MALFUNCTION FOR US BUT IT HASNT. HE IS MORE THEN WELCOME TO BRING IT IN AGAIN,WE HAVE TOLD HIM THIS. Tell us why here...
