            I purchased a Ranboo Hoodie from Amazon a few weeks before purchasing another one from the Ranboo Merchandise Store. I paid ***** for the Ranboo hoodie I got from Amazon. I sent it back and got my money back from Amazon due to poor quality. The one on the Ranboo Merch store looked like a very good quality sweatshirt. I paid ***** for it. I received the exact same cheaply made sweatshirt I bought from Amazon for *****. I contacted the Ranboo Merch store via email:*************************************** and asked for a refund also and they are not cooperating. They are saying that I didnt order it from them, that it was a different company. I have screenshots of all the communication between us and proof it is the same people I ordered from that was communicating back to me. They are scammers!! I want a full refund! Beware buyers!!! You wont be satisfied with the quality and they wont give you a refund!

            I bought two jackets from Ranboo shop.com as a plea from my birthday child. The jacket looked quite good online. It showed 5 star rating, but now I realize you cant even click into it or leave a review. So the stars associated with the items are useless and just an image it seems. My complaints about the jacket:First of all, it took about 3 weeks to arrive. Secondly, the material was very thin, more like a baseball thing Summer uniform. Thirdly, The colors around the collar and logo bled into the white. (I am afraid to even wash it). Lastly, the worst part are the snap buttons. They cannot be sewn like a regular button, its sandwiched between the cloth, 3 of the 5 buttons came right off as soon as we tried to button it upon first wear. I am thankful at least that the item came but I will not be ordering from this vendor again. The jacket is not worth $60. Even $20 would be an issue when buttons are falling off and I cant fix it on my own.
