Purchased a product on Dec 30th ([ORDER #****] (2022), 2-Pack ********** Pour In Treatments X 1 = $60.00) totaling $ ***** after shipping and taxes, and a disclaimer on their email that it would take 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. On Jan 31st I sent an email to the sales representative ********************* ************************************** asking for an update on the order and never received a response. I called the company twice (Feb 8 and again Feb 10) and left a voice mail for ********************* asking for a return call and an update on my order and have yet to receive an email or call with either a delivery date or status of the order.Initial Complaint

On December 24, 2022, I placed an order in the amount of $74 for ATS Carbon Clean products for the purpose of a car maintenance and repair project. Business advertised 2 to 3 weeks delivery.On January 24, 2023, I emailed ATS Carbon Clean to inquire about the status of my order/delivery. They said they were behind and it would be another 7 to 10 days for delivery.On February 7, 2023, (14 days after I was told it would be delivered within 7 to 10 days) I requested the order be cancelled and my purchase refunded. As of the filing of this complaint (Feb 13), I have received no confirmation of my request to cancel the order. I have received no refund to my credit card and I have received no product.As this product was needed for vehicle maintenance/tune up, I had to purchase a product from another vendor so that I could perform the maintenance/tune up in a timely fashion.In the uploaded attachment, I have included the email string which includes the original order confirmation, my inquiry of the delivery status and request for cancellation.I would simply like a refund. Almost two months have passed since my original order was placed and this is entirely too long to wait for this product when the company advertised it would be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.Initial Complaint

Ref Order **** On 12/30/2022 I purchased a 2-pack fuel ATS system. To this date, nothing. I tried contacting them at ************ or ************, but they never answered the phone, just voicemail every time. Emailed them on 1/19/2023 about status and was told **** business days. Today, 2/6/2023, it has been more than 10 business day and nothing. Emailed them again about the status and no reply.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bundled product of carbon cleaner motor cleaner for oil and gasoline on Nov 17,2022 totalling $74.00 and website claimed to give them 2-3 weeks for product to be shipped,I was more than patient until tryng to contact them after week 5.i called business and emailed business 12 times each and have yet to receive a reply,very much seem like company is fraudulent
