************************* Bookkeeper at ***************** apartments she the issue at hand. I had filed for rental assistance of pierce county and they help you pay up to 3 months rent, but your rent balance has to zero out after they pay your rent. So when I applied I told *****, ***** had sent over the link, she said she was filling it out . ***** the guy I applied with said it would take a few weeks for me to get a case manager, so I waited a few weeks an called ***** and he checked on the status for me and he said it got denied because the link didn't get filled out. So I asked ***** to resend the link to ***** and I talked to her again mentioning ***** just resent the link and to please fill it out and she said was on it. So this kept happening a few times and my application kept getting denied because she would never fill out. ( I was unaware that there was time frame and wasn't told going in that you cannot owe more than 3 months, I was told this after the denial) ***** flat out deceive me and never told the manager to fill it out. Later when I talked to ******** the manager she informed me that ***** never had access to the portal to fill it out to began with only ******** the manager has that access. ******** did fill it out immediately for me but by that time I was over the 3 months and got denied . Last year I applied for Covid assistance with ***** and she told me I would be evicted before I got it and never told me if I was approved or denied for it. Now she wants to start an eviction process on me, not willing to work out anything with. If that portal would've gotten filled out on time I would not be getting evicted now. I would like a year compensation from her or at least her fired. This is an unfair eviction because some one negelected to to their job.
