Friday June 23rd at 6:44pm messaged ****, owner, to reschedule my wifes tattoo due to schedule change. **** then responded what DATES he has available. I responded on SATURDAY June 24th at 9:40am asking what later times he had available. I waited PATIENTLY for **** to respond at 12:07pm, and I responded right back with a question. Then received a rather unprofessional and rude response in return at 2:20pm. At 3:43 we requested our appointment to be rescheduled or have our money refunded, $160, and acknowledged **** is a working human being. He very unprofessionally and rudely responded not even trying to reconcile the problem. He is very rude and unprofessional and wed like our money to be returned to us so we can go else where. Thats it. He refuses to even acknowledge our request.Business response

They said they wanted to reschedule I don't feel my reply took to long I was working with a client I would nt enterupt there time while I'm working in them I gave them dates they canceled and rescheduled more than once . They stated in the message they need a refund or set a new date eposits are non refundable it is posted and on appoinment card I sent dates and as shown in message I even reached out again a day later to see if those days work with no reply on their end .. and I would still gladly rebook for them but they have not replied.. thankyou
