My name is ********************* , I traded my 2015 C-************** **** @Payless Auto on June 16,2022* I needed a all wheel drive* The sale *************** Divsar helped me and suggested that I buy the 2014 Cadillac SRX I asked him right out is this a piece of junk and he assured me that this was a good vehicle*he told me that his mom used to have a Cadillac and that he would show me the car fax * He went on to let me know that there had only been one owner and this car only had ****** miles which are low miles he explained* I told him that I was a nurse and have to drive to my clients home* I take care of the elderly and I also have to drive them to there Doctors appointments I drove the *** 4 days and the Transmission went out completely* I called **** and he said that he would call me back* He never did* So I went in and talked to **** about getting another vehicle I explained to him that I needed a working vehicle* He charged me $****** for the Cadillac and he offered to buy it back for $15,000 and sale me a 2013 Lexus with over ******* miles for ******* But I still have to pay the balance of the Cadillac* So now he wants me to another ****** plus the balance on the Cadillac* I asked him to just give me back my ******** **** * He laughs* I told him that I came here because I had bought a car from him before so I was a returning customer* And I am a nurse that does home visits with the elderly and I have to take them to Doctors appointments* He said that and I quote* I hate to see this happen to good people like you but theres nothing else that I can do* **** told me that he could get these Cadillac for $15,000 all day at the auction so he was not going to buy it back for ****** * Which is the amount that he sold the car to me for* I dont have transportation now to get to work* I just wanted him to make it right* I cant afford to pay him more money and I explained that to him* I have a mortgage* I also have a disabled niece that I have to take to doctors appointments*Initial Complaint

DOS: 03/16/2022. We bought a Dodge Ram and that broke down and wouldnt turn once we were driving back to *********, **. The owner made us contact a towing company of his choice and now refuses to refund us. His employee (Antonio ** said he would and when I got ahold of the owner he said he would not be refunding us and told me to f*** off. He said it didnt matter that it broke down and it was our fault. We just want the money back for the towing.Initial Complaint

So we purchased two cars from this lot. One was an audi A8 which as we found out at home, had a large bubble in the sidewall. I let them know and they paid for one tire but I had to replace all four due to it being a all wheel drive auto and wear has to be even. Cost to me over $1,000. The other car was a pre-owned Maserati which had display issues when we took it out for a drive. We were assured it was because the battery had died. They would fix it. So a week later we purchased both cars yet the display was still not working. We were told that they had replaced a "reconditioned" battery with a new one and the display would clear up after the car was driven, or computer reset. BS. Display was bad and had to be replaced. They reimbursed me for the part but I am out $800 in labor for it but that is not the end of it.We kept hearing a clunking sound after a few days so I took it into my mechanic who found that the car had been in an accident, plastic filler and bolts had been used in the inside of the rt. front fender. The grill was only held on by two bolts and the front strut was broken, They found rubber in the springs to act as a damper agent but it fell out. You can see the text exchange between myself and the owner of Payless. I will be out almost $2000 in repairs on this car for the strut and front end. As per the text from the owner of Payless, I should have had a professional inspect the car, not take their word for anything. In his own words he is saying they cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the State Attorney. Buyer beware are the words in black and white from the owner of Payless Auto Sales in ******** **********.
