We sent an email to cancel our reservation at the hotel on 9/25/23. Upon further investigation we found that they dont take cancellations via email. We tried to call over 50 times to talk to someone but no answer. We sent another email to disregard our email because we reviewed the terms and agreements we signed and saw there was no cancellations accepted via email. They cancelled it anyway, charged us, and booked our room. When I called the following day I was greeted by attitude immediately after I kindly asked for help on the situation. She claimed that on Saturday and Sunday their website had a pop up that stated the owners would wave the terms and agreements in regard to canceling via email. When I told her that wasnt relevant to our case because we emailed on Monday. She then panicked while trying to tell me it was also on the website on Monday til 1. It in fact was not up on Monday. We were on their website starting at 9 am our time 8 am their time. She said she would speak to an owner and call back. We have yet to hear from them. After looking back at their ****** reviews we found this isnt the first time they have pulled something like this. Please see the attached documents.
