Purchased handle bars and a cable kit from this company on 4/28/23. The handle bars were delivered but cable kit ($375.00) have not been. Its been almost a year and I have not received the cable kit. On the rare occasion I get a response from them I keep being told a variety of lies. I've requested a refund on multiple occasions and am told they won't, even though they refuse to ship the product which was paid in full for almost a year. At this point I can no longer get a hold of anyone there by phone or txt message (which is how i was told to communicate with them).Initial Complaint

I initially placed an order on 2/22/23. The current date is 7/19/23 and this issue still hasnt been resolved. I initially placed an order for a throttle assembly. After weeks with no contact i reached out to request an update. I was assured the throttle would be ready soon. 2 or 3 weeks later, i reached out again. I was again reassured that the throttle would be ready soon and there was a manufacturing delay. After two more weeks i requested my initial refund. Still nothing. After another week or two of vague responses i filed a dispute with my bank. My bank initially refunded me while the investigation was pending. A week later, the throttle randomly shows up without notice. I reached out requesting a return label, and sent the throttle back to them. My bank then pulled the initial refund and said i had to deal with the merchant to get my refund since the item was shipped and returned. Since returning the throttle, i have been blocked on the companies instagram account, cant get in touch via phone or email and am out $221.50. I have also received numerous messages from others who have had very similar experiences with this merchant.Initial Complaint

OCT 2022 I placed an order for handlebars and added a complete cable kit to go with it. After a month I texted the number I had for the company and was told the handlebars were ready but they were waiting on the cable kit. Eventually I asked for them to send me the handlebars while we waited for the cables. Enough time went by that I found cables locally and asked Nash Motorcycle Co. to cancel the remaining part of my order, which they did (Jan 2023). However a month later I contacted them explaining that a refund for the $275 cable kit hadn't been received. It's now been 3 months since the order was cancelled and Nash Motorcycle Co. Has stopped responding to my emails and haven't returned my phone calls. To this point in time, they've taken my money and are now ignoring my attempts to get it refunded.
