I went in for eyelash ext. It takes up to 2 hours for a full set. A hour and a half later. She told me twice she had finished ***** eye only. My back was killing ne. So made another app to finish. I never say my eyelashes. Till I was out if business. Terrible work and not done. Only have asked for days for a refund over the top 2 many times. And they just ignore me. I want a 100 of the 125 fee I've already paid for. I didn't get a set I only got half a eye. And I've had these fir 9 years. There the worst I've ever seenBusiness response

The client came in for a full set of eyelash extensions. Due to the client being high, she was unable to lay still for the required amount of time to complete her service. We had offered to complete the clients lash extensions the next day, explaining that she would need to be able to lay still for another 1.5 to 2 hours. Client understood and agreed. After leaving, the client called and left voicemails and messaged through the website more than 28 times. We did reach out by phone to speak with her verbally, but were unable to communicate with her effectively, as she does not seem to listen or comprehend what is being said.
Please review her past experiences with other establishments. She has been banned from several other spas and salons in our area due to the same behavior. If we would have known this in advance, we would not have taken her as a client. We have blocked and restricted her from further services and communications.

OMG your kidding me. I just got off night shift. In there info on there website it says 1 to 2 hours for a full set. I. 61 with a bad back. Laying on a hard table for 2 hours. Ans she only had finished 1/2 of 1 eye. That fell out within 3 days. It was not quality work. Having my ext for 7 years. I didn't even see her work till I was in my car. And called right away and canceled next day app.. due to the quality and the length of time it took to do 1 eye. High huh. Lol really. The table was hard I was doing everything I could do to stay awake after night shift because she was taking so long. Ive never been banned any where till them. My first gal was 5 years 2nd 1 2 years. I spoke to her she hadn't banned Mr. ** maybe civil as uit for slander might b in order
