Today, my wife went into their store for some cheap cannabis specifically. She ended up being sold 7g of flower at a cost of $50, despite 28g being as low as $15. When I returned the unopened product to the store, the worker called the owner and the owner lied and stated they legally cannot do any returns for flower whatsoever. I know this to be a lie because the revised code of Washington directly states this about returns:(12) A cannabis retailer may accept returns of open cannabis products. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.Which not only states they can take returns, but that they can take returns EVEN IF THE PACKAGE IS OPEN. ****** took advantage of my wifes ignorance and owner refused to make it right by not allowing a return. I was even going to buy product up to the amount we paid. Now I will never shop there and everyone will know why.Customer response

Have talked with owner, case is resolved.
