    I called Renaud to upgrade my ********** heat pump system because they had installed the original unit for previous owners. The estimator ****** came to look. I agreed to the price and paid 50% deposit and was told it would be a few weeks. Three weeks pass and no word. I called and talked to a woman named Gen. *** said she would look into delivery and call back. I never received a call. I let several days pass and called. *** told me the same story. Again no return call. A week goes by, when someone calls with a install date. Several days before the install day, they call to postpone a week due to Covid exposure. The week passes and no reschedule call. I called and was directed to Buck who acted surprised Id not been rescheduled and said he would call back. He did call back and they would squeeze me in between jobs. Installation day arrived. The work crew had no pride in their work and no respect for my home. The units were sloppily installed. They left early about three in the afternoon the first day, the heating units were inoperable; we were without heat overnight. They left their ladder in the middle of the hallway and a big mess of attic insulation all over and hand prints all over my walls.The second day they arrived a hour later than scheduled. They finished the installation on two units but couldnt get the third one operational. They called into their office for help. I was told another technician needed to check the unit but it would be three days until they get the technician out. The technician said that there wasnt anything wrong with the unit, it just needed to be reset. He had it up and running in minutes. Shortly after their work, the electric outlets in the room below the new unit went out. I called to inquire about it. I was told the electric side of the business would call. Again, they didnt. I called a second time and bluntly told it had nothing to do with their work and I would be charged $130.00/hour to look at it.
