Bought a 2023 Subaru cross trek November 25th, 2022. During the purchasing process experience they failed to notify me about a change as to who financed my purchase until I signed the papers. Then After requesting to have plates from a previous car transferred that was totaled in a wreck they failed to request the transfer. They also failed to send my paperwork to the correct DMV causing issues when I went in. I ended up paying $225 for new plates, the ** of finance acknowledged the mistake in mailing to the wrong place but refused to take care of the extra $225 fee due to their negligence in filing my paperwork. The dealership has not been willing to help resolve this issue and instead refuses to acknowledge this mistake.
