In January of this year (2022) I had Nw *********************************************** come to my home for what they told me was a fire safety demonstration in order to receive the free 120 piece emergency kit that I had filled a survey out for previously, during the visit the companys representative ***** told me about their product omnishield , whilst GUARANTEEING the product was *****% effective with no known reports of the product failing. Essentially OMNISHIELD is supposed to be a home safety system that prevents flooding & fires. I was told verbatim (with other family present to attest to this) that the price would be no issue , that his company would be taking the leap and financing my loan to me through pci & if ANYTHING were to happen or payment trouble to contact them because they are liable for the contract and payments if I fail to do so. I never signed any paperwork , I just gave him my id as he asked & now as soon as the trial ended the system has malfunctioned so many times my daughter has episodes and meltdowns any time she hears a beep because this system goes off spontaneously, not to mention I had a fire in my kitchen , in my oven DIRECTLY below the system and it did not go off , I had to find the fire and handle it myself. I have consistently reported these issues to nw health and ***************************** are refusing to allow me to return the product, I have asked for an email from the supervisor stating this and have yet to be contacted . This is a faulty product & faulty business practice that I refuse to be held financially responsible for something that was sold to me with false promise & never a mention of lifelong commitment, even the contract states I may be penalized if I cancel after the 3 day grace ****** , but they are refusing to accept the terms of their own contract. I would just like them to take their faulty products backBusiness response

We are Northwest Health and Safety, **** in ****************************** ******************************************************************, ************). *********** I believe that ******************** is referring to is Northwest Health and Safety Network, in ********, ** (803 ********************************************************************, ************, ********************** https://www.********.com/nwhsnetwork). We are a medical DME supply store and they deal with fire prevention equipment or services according to their ******** page. We get calls weekly from their customers, mistaking ** for them.

We reached out to this customer and they agreed they did indeed sign a contract with a finance company to purchase the product and are outside of their cancelation period with us. We informed them that we could service it if there was a concern of how it was working, which the customer declined. We also informerd her that all payment arrangments must be made with the financial instittion (PCI) that she had taken the loan from, we are jus the dealership. The customr had only ever contacted the sales rep personally and never called the office. She asked for financing at the time of the purchase and the dealership found a solution to her needs and got her the equipment. The customers concerns that it is not working were addressed she stated "I took it all down and put it in my closet, and nobody is coming into my home to look at it". At this time we have done all we can do and the contract she has with the bank is enforcable. We do not offer in house financing so it is all through 3rd party lending. I appriciate your help in resovling this matter.
