I made an appointment with Cowlitz Animal Clinic to establish my pets as new patients since that is what I was told I needed to do although the clinic had helped one of my dogs previously but had never processed him as a patient. The day before my appointment I was told to arrive 15 min early to fill out new patient paperwork which I did. My dog was taken into the clinic to be checked and after 20 was brought back by the vet who told me the clinic was not accepting new patients. My complaint comes from charging me $90.00 for a new client check. I asked why since I wasn't going to be a patient. The cost was reduced to $57.50 ($55.00 plus $2.50 Tax???) and the difference refunded. I am still frustrated with the **** since my dog should never have been seen if he was not going to be accepted as a patient. I had no need for my dog to be seen other than to become a new patient which is what I put on the paperwork I filled out. I would like my $57.50 refunded.Business response
