$30,000 in deposits paid and the work has not been completed. We are over 40 days from the day the project started that was supposed to take less than 14 days. Work is only being done 1 day per week and no communication as to why or status of the project. Owner ******** and Project Manager ***** do not respond well to phone calls or emails. We just want the project we have paid for to be finished.Initial Complaint

I used this company to buy a new hot tub cover. I was sent an order form to put in exact measurements for them to send to the manufacturer they use to have it made. I sent the form to them on April 27 of this year. I was told that I would be given a final price based on my order to approve before it was sent to manufacturing but they sent it to manufacturing without my approval. I have no grievances about that because the price was agreeable. The new cover came in sooner than expected, which was amazing, but it was not built to specifications. I did not realize this until I made it home from the business and tried to install the new cover. It was made with the fold in the wrong direction which resulted in the new cover not working with the existing lift, making the new cover unusable. I called and left a message that day, May 20, and informed them of the issue. I received a call later that day explaining that a new cover was being made and that I could use the cover I just picked up in the meantime. I explained that it would work because the fold was in the wrong direction. I have been waiting for the new cover since. There were many emails back and forth during that time and the last communication that I received was on June 21 stating the new cover was being made the following week. I have emailed the owner twice since then and have heard nothing in return. At this point, I have no idea the status of the cover that was supposed to be made correctly. I have been waiting all summer and have not been able to use my hot tub. I will gladly provide the email communication if desired.
