Pattern of Complaint:
On November 1, 2016, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding advertising and customer service issues. Complaints allege that consumers are receiving an invoice looking mailer from Global Publications Processing Inc. pertaining to a magazine subscription. Consumers allege that the company is unresponsive when they contact them about the mailer.
Complaints also allege that consumers paid Global Publications Processing Inc. to renew their magazine subscription, however when contacting the magazine company directly they are told they have not received payment for their renewal and they are not affiliated with Global Publications Processing Inc.
BBB reached out to the company in an effort to address the underlying cause(s) of its pattern of complaints.
As of today, Global Publications Processing Inc. has not responded to BBB.
