My Fiancee and I purchased a Condo in ********** in October of 2021. We hired a contractor for a partial remodel. He recommended Lyndale Glass for our shower door. *********************************** the Sales Rep met with my Fiancee sometime in January 2022 and took notes on what we wanted done. He then met with me and I paid him 50% of the total required which came out to $1605. He did let us know that the door is on back order and it will be 8 weeks or so before they can get it installed. Fast forward to end of March beginning of April, their installers came over to install our shower door and they drilled holes in our tile but in the wrong spots. So my Fiancee ****** asked them to stop. ***** denied that ****** ever told him how she wanted the door to hang (that's a Lie). We had to replace 4 pieces of Tile which after going back and forth with *****, he agreed to pay for Tile replacement. Then the installers came back a second time and the glass was not cut to specs, so they could not install it. Then on May 6th, they came a 3rd time and they still could not install it. My Fiancee had to take time off of her work 3 times to be there for the installation and it still hasn't happened. I guess their claim of "Installed Right" on their website is another Lie. I spoke to ***** the Sales Manager a couple of times and got an apology but quite frankly we are past the apology phase. I spoke to him on May 6th and he told that he would to talk to his team about had transpired and I never heard back from him. At this point we want to have our shower door installed properly and for them to compensate my Fiancee for having to travel from ******* to ********** on 3 seperate occasions for the installation that has been botched.
