I placed an order with this business on September 10, 2022. Since then I have received auto-replies to my follow-*** stating that they have supply chain issues. Now, the company appears to have pulled their website and their email addresses are bouncing back. They have not refunded my money.Initial Complaint

I had two small orders that were pending since May 4th and June 16th 2022 respectively. I inquired about these orders via email to ********************************** on July 9th and was told that "Our staff is working hard to get orders out. We understand delays are frustrating, but please know that our team is doing our best to handle the number of orders pending against supply chain delays."Since that time the company website has gone offline, and email to the company's managing partner **** and support bounce back as undeliverable. I'm outside of the 120 day period in which I can file a charge back request with my credit card company so I may incur a loss. After looking around the internet I see that customers were complaining about unfulfilled orders and lack of customer support as far back as 2021, and found public statements by **** who is one of the company's managing partners where he tried to calm concerns and pledge to do better. From my experience the company was accepting orders and taking payment with no ability to fulfill those orders.Initial Complaint

I placed an on-line order on 24 April 2022 and was billed right away. I inquired about the order status on multiple occasions but I cannot reach a person. I have left voice-mail (still unanswered) and their phone number is now disconnected (when I called again on 9 May). I have sent multiple e-mails, to which every message has an automated reply that they are experiencing delays. I have requested status on when the order might be delivered -- no answer. I have requested that the order be cancelled they cannot deliver within the *** guidelines (60 days when there is no information provided about when the products would be delivered) -- no answer. I am concerned that the business will not be delivering the products that I have been billed for. A disconnected phone number and automatic e-mail replies are suggestive of a business that is no longer operating.Order number *****, CustomerID# ****, 4/22/2022, $332.31, billed to ****Initial Complaint

I ordered custom audio cables from a company called Sinasoid Pro Audio on June 28th 2021 for *****. I understand that custom items take some time so I waited but heard nothing until I reached out multiple times in October of that same year. After not hearing back for another month, I told them that I would just like a refund instead of having to wait for them to start making my cable.Ive been waiting and hearing one excuse after another; it is April 18th 2022 and I have still not received my refund. I have attached my original invoice and a screen shot of our last correspondence on March 30th of this year. *************** is the owner of this company and he does not seem to be very helpful and at this point it seems that he does not intend on giving me my refund. Please help, I would like my refund back.
