I had my car towed to their shop in October 2023 for front end damage repair. The car is still not ready after 7 months. We keep getting the run around from them. I have involved my insurance company and they have not been able to get resolution. I had to pay for a rental car for 5 months out of pocket while making a car payment and ended up buying another used car to have something to drive.Business response

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
WE DON'T HAVE ANY *** IN OUR SHOP FOR FRONT END REPAIR.ALSO WE DONT HAVE THIS CUSTOMER IN OUR SYSTEM.CUSTOMER DIDNT PROVIDE YEAR MAKE AND MODEL OF THE *** OR VIN NUMBER SO WE CAN CHECK IN OUR SYSTEM.SEEMS LIKE CUSTOMER COMPLAINED ABOUT OUR BUSINESS BY MISTAKE .CUSTOMER NEEDS TO CHECK WITH OTHER SHOPS WHERE HE TOOK HIS ***.

Said Company was showing as part interest in a vehicle w myself. Said vehicle was surrendered to *********************** approximately 3 to 4 years ago as it was totaled out in an accident. Said Vehicle was recently impounded on 02-10-2023 on ****** Way in ******* **. ********************* of ********* shows the vehicle was insurance surrendered and destroyed. So apparently Olympic Automotive must have been the company that purchased the vehicle from State Farm and never did the proper paper work relieving me of said interest in the vehicle. I don't know if they do this on a regular basis and or if they stripped the vehicle down of all parts they could resale and just dumped it on the side of the road.. . Luckily I had the insight to speak w WA DoL or I would have ended up having to pay the impound fees or be sent to collection.Business response

To whom it may concern
Olympic automotive sold this vehicle to the junkyard and we already provide proof of transfer and junkyard going to take care of this matter. I don't understand why customer assuming thing against our company. If he didn't know fact he could ask before pointing base less accusations. As soon as we received letter from towing company and a call from previous owner we take care of the matter. Previous owner have nothing to do with this matter as he sold his car to auction. He used base less accusation with out knowing facts. Ill recommend to drop this complain as its not true and matter is resolved.
