In July 2023 the owner of this business advertised on ******** for school aged children to be apart of a cheer squad. I signed my daughter up, the first issue was the scholarship program, ******* was aware we were applying for the scholarship and daily was unable because the program said they had too many applicants daily and the coach then charged me a late fee even though she knew prior what was going on and I have it all in text communication. Then we had to wait for the uniform and other gear and was told it was all on back order but the uniform was a self made tee shirt and sweatshirt and a pleated skirt, nothing that would have needed to be on a back order issue. Everyone was told the coach had over 6 years experience but the coach ****** told us parents she had no experience and had never done any coaching prior. When concerns were raised with ******* she became hostile and defensive towards several parents threatening to kick their child off the squad. The coach ****** was teaching the squad things that she was not certified in teaching, which showed on 09/14/23 when my child had another child fall on her during a stunt that they have never practiced and my child was pressured into do it by ******. ******* doesnt even live in **************** and is in *********, but she claims to be the head coach. ******* has been lying since the day this all started, multiple parents have been told different things. Practices are only one day a week and have been cancelled due to the park closure at sunset it they will not have an earlier practice instead or practice at a different location. The parents were also told that we are not allowed to have communication with the other parents and we have no way to actually contact coach ******. ******* also charged me a late fee and claimed that my childs gear had to be ordered separately which was false because if it was ordered separately it would have arrived later than the other girls but it had not.Initial Complaint

This business falsely advertised claiming they would teach children to ****************. The coach was not certified to do so and kids were injured. The company also stated practice would be held weekly and they have cancelled 4 practices because they were not prepared and game was cancelled also for lack of staff preparation. We have paid for a full uniform and did not receive a full uniform and we paid for trained and certified coaches and didnt receive that either.
