People working here have no idea what they are doing but to be rude. They are tying to collect someone else debt against my property. They will not send out a letter or a phone call regarding collections and then out of nowhere, they will just put it against your credit. When asked over the phone regarding why this is against my debt, they reply, its not our job to call or email you. Really? Collections agencies jobs are not to call or email? So stupid. When told them the issue is on you for commination, they ended the call. Worst **************** agents and a bad company. This company should be shut down.Review from Russell N

I was informed my credit information may have been compromised in a RPM database breach to hat involves 3.7 million people. I have no idea why this company would even have my information to begin with. Took 18 months to notify me of the data breach. I contacted an attorney today.Review from Amy S.

Trying to collect on a debt they bought and can't provide me with any information. I had an outstanding account with ******* and a small claims filing for the phones that were stolen two years ago. Never heard a word from them, even when updating my new address. They continued to call my husband's phone constantly day and night from various numbers. Unfortunately, I did confirm my address when speaking to them and now I know they will use their predatory practice to bully me further. If only ******* would have actually filed the correct paperwork and not sold this account so quickly. Plus the amount they were asking was almost 5k, for a contract termination fee. Please.Review from Nakell R

Receivables Performance Management LLC is BREAKING THE *** with its collection practices. Their method is to purchase old accounts from information brokerage companies--they generally target consumers who have EXCELLENT credit scores. They immediately list an account as a collection in order to have the most devastating impact on your credit report--mine dropped 86 points on a debt that I did not owe. Their hope is that you will pay the debt in hopes of getting your good credit score back.DO NOT PAY THEM!! Immediately file a dispute with the 3 credit bureaus (it's free) and make them prove that you owe the debt--they won't be able to because they are knowingly attempting to collect on the non-existent debt.Their most recent scam is attempting to go after Uber drivers who had leased cars under the Uber car loaner program. The original program was owned by Xchange Leasing and then was sold to Fair. Fair is still in business, however, RPM is claiming that another company called Rock (something or other) purchased the business from XCL--THIS IS A LIE!!! RPM will have you believe they are collecting debt on behalf of this ************ (a company they admit they have no contact information for). The truth is all if of XCL's business was purchased by Fair--not Rock...? If you receive a collection or demand to pay from RPM contact Fair and if they have no record of you owing--and they won't (otherwise they would have collected on their own behalf) contact the *** and report RPM!I was contacted by an attorney regarding this company and am filing a class-action lawsuitReview from KL M

After we were forced to cut our service due to a job loss, we contacted Dish Network and explained that we would pay our remaining ******* asap but told them it may be a while due to the job loss situation. We returned their equipment as instructed. Within a few days we began receiving mail and calls from Receivables Performance Management. Despite being told multiple times we will pay Dish Network directly, we continued to be harrassed by them.Dish network gave us no time to pay before turning the account over to Receivables Performance Management. We received a collection letter on 2/15/2022, we returned it advising we would pay Dish directly. We received call 2/3/2022, 2/4/2022 and 2/9/2022, we advised them we would pay Dish directly and told them to stop calling us.We received email on 3/14/2022 and 3/19/2022, both times we called Receivables Performance Management and told them to stop attempting to collect as we would pay Dish Network directly. When we spoke to DishNetwork, they stated they understood our situation and would allow us time to pay, but within only a few days the account was turned over to Receivables Performance management, which continues to harass us despite being repeatedly told we will pay Dish Network directly.Review from Tara C

I start getting phone calls daily. The lady would say my name is ***and Im calling on a recorded line. Is your name and address****? I asked where she was calling from and she repeated herself and added from ******. It took me getting ugly before she finally said she was calling from Performance Receivables, LLC, andwas calling to collect a debt, but didnt have the original creditors name and info. When I finally figured out what was going on, I realized these people were trying to collect on a debt that didnt exist. I get online and check my credit report and this place had managed to kill my credit score by 70+ points in 3 days! I jumped into action with dispute letters, but the calls continued to come. When I spoke to the lady the last Sunday in March, I told her that Sunday was my only off day and it was time for friends and family, and could she respect my privacy just a little and stop calling on that one day. Not only did the calls NOT stop, the number of calls increased! Finally, after a lot of time and aggravation, I have got the credit reporting agencies seeing things my way. 2 of them have restored my credit score and hopefully this will stop these people from harassing me daily!Review from LARS N

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY. THEY PLACED A HIT MY CREDIT REPORT FOR DISH NETORK EQUIPMENT THAT I RETRUNED!! THE COMPANY NEVER CONTACTED ME BY EMAIL, PHONE OR MAIL WHICH IS REQUIRED BY LAW. DROPPED MY SCORE FROM AN 802 TO A 730. $181 **** AND THE OPERATOR HAD NO CLUE AS TO WHAT HAPPENED. I JUST PAID THE **** **** AND THEY STILL NEVER SENT A RECEIPT VIA EMAIL (WHICH THEY PROMISED TO DO) OR BY SNAIL MAIL. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! An identity theft from ******* resulted in collections from this company - unwilling to settle appropriately and the bottom of the barrel when it comes to simple communication and customer service but also with ethics and doing the right thing. Pathetic to prey on people the way this company does.Wish there was a zero star rating for this one.Review from Ricardo B.

The Receivables Performance Management company put a supposed ******* debt on my credit report without my knowledge. I've never received a call or a letter from either company ******* or RPM in reference to the supposed account that I don't have any knowledge about.Review from Deanna Z

The customer service representatives are very rude and short while speaking on the phone. I requested to speak with a supervisor and they told me she would give me the same information (I understand all that and wasn't upset), which she did and then proceeded to hang up on me without attempting to work with me or help me any further. Her name was ****** or ******. Apparently this is the 3rd collection agency to be put in control of this debt, but I've never received any communication from any of them previously nor did I receive the letter that they claimed was mailed out from their office. I understand no one is going to be happy with speaking with a debt collector, but the level of rudeness is uncalled for.
