      We purchased phone from ***************************** at ******** AFB, were given two ******* Tablets that we were suppose to get $250 rebate for each, we submitted the paperwork twice to the Stuart *** rebates in **********, but never received our rebates. The purchase was back in 2020 and as of this date no response to call, emails or any rebates. I want the rebate, the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I believe this company is a FRAUD! Please provide me with assistance to get my rebate.

      Dear Resolution Specialist,
      In response to your letter dated June 14,2022 regarding the complaint *********************** filed. 

      ************** made a purchase on 12/3/2020 from a kiosk operated by Wireless Advocates.
      Stuart *** received the original mailed-in rebate on 1/18/2021.
      As per the written rebate form, he submitted you must submit your rebate within 30 days of the purchase date. 
      ************** was denied his rebate for late submittal and this was uploaded to the website for his review. (stuartleerebates.com)
      Stuart *** only received one request for these rebates and no additional response from the customer via the US mail or an inquiry on the website.
      Stuart *** contracts to fulfill rebates for Wireless Advocates but must have authorization to pay all submittals directly from them.

      01 I purchased an Iphone 12 Pro Max from a Wireless Associates retailer on Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Mississippi. I was informed that I would receive a $100 rebate from Stuart Lee Rebates within 12 to 12 weeks. It has been six months and I am told I have to wait longer. No time frame was given when I will receive the $100. The vendor phone number is *************

      In response to your letter dated September 8, 2021 regarding the complaint John ******
      filed.
      • Mr. ****** made a purchase on 3/20/2021 for wireless number ending in 5648.
      • Stuart Lee received the original mailed-in rebate on 3/29/2021
      • Stuart Lee issued a $100 check #479950 on behalf of Wireless Advocates on
      6/2/2021
      • Customer cashed check on 6/8/2021 (see attached Image)
      • Customer sent inquiries on website 8/17/2021, 9/2/2021 and 9n/2021 that were
      responded to by an automated reply each time. Auto reply emails inform the
      customer where to go on the website if they are looking for more information than
      received in the auto response
      • Stuart Lee has no record of the customer submitting any additional requests
      • Wireless Advocates customer service sent Stuart Lee a request to issue the
      $100.00 rebate in their most recent weekly file
      • This request was denied and pulled as a duplicate because the customer was
      already issued and cashed the rebate they qualified for
