              I hired this company on 7-15-2021 for a professional window cleaning job. The crew arrived 1 1/2 hours late and included a high school kid out for the summer as part of the "professional crew." He could barely handle the heavy extension ladder and I was a nervous wreck watching him fumble with it. This teenager spilled dirty water all over my patio and the 2 of them walked through it repeatedly then tracked mulch and mud around the patio, porch, drive and sidewalks. Their van left an oil stain where parked. The teenager left soapy water in all the spotless window tracks, which I spent 3 hours cleaning a few days prior. The edges of the glass were not that great as a result. The owner responded to a poor online review with an apology and asked how he could make it right. I asked for a 50% refund (or $80 off the total of $190) AND I offered him more work to clean gutters as redemption. Owner shut down conversation and disappeared. Later discovered he is not licensed either.

              DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I had several emails back and forth with ***** from the company last year for estimate and to set up cleaning my windows and roof. Today was day of service with 8:00-9:00 AM arrival window. Nobody showed, so I phoned the company to see what was going on. I left voicemail and **** phoned back around 9:30-9:45 AM. She said that I must be calling the wrong company because I wasn't in their records at all. I then said that I was looking at an email chain and I knew her name was ********************* from the emails. She gave me a quote for the work and scheduled the work. She then apologized for their "new system" and the appointment was lost. She then said that she would call me back in 5 minutes. That was 7 hours ago and no call. I have tried to call back several times with no answer and no response to my voicemails. Great way to run a business! Did I do something wrong? Where has customer service gone?
