It's been a year and a half since my auto accident. The customer service/claims representatives cannot figure out how to bill the auto insurance and keep sending me a bill for the service. I have called multiple times and provided the mailing address and contact phone number for the insurer. They assure me each time that they will take care of this. I am still receiving a bill. Who's in leadership there? Do they know what's going on? No wonder the cost of healthcare is exhorbitant. This company seems to keep repeating the same mistakes and redoing work.Review from Peter D

A very poor company to deal with. If you are on an automatic payment plan. They will not send you a confirmation letter. They will not send you a monthly statement showing your balance. You just have to guess and hope you don't get sent to collections. Twice in the last month I received final notice bills. The latest has to do with a CT scan done in 5/2023. I have sent them several letters complaining about not receiving invoices. Not one time did anybody try to contact me so this could be cleared up. If I could convince my doctor's ****** to change companies I would.Review from B.A. M

Terrible company. Billed for medical imaging reading that they cannot or will not explain. I continue to receive new and unique invoices for non-detailed charges that they won't investigate unless I submit a bank record that proves that I paid for the unknown charge that I am inquiring about. I had zero knowledge ahead of the medical procedure that I would be dealing with a company that can literally create bills without any explanation whatsoever. Rude customer service that really refuses to provide any helpful information or do anything beyond the absolute minimum. They refuse to tell me what I have paid to date or what has been billed to date. I contacted Swedish Hospital (where medical imaging occurred) and they denied any affiliation with Radia, *** (how is this even possible?) explaining that they have zero information on how Radia, ***. bills. After reading other reviews on here I wish I had been given the option for another imaging provider, but that's not how ** healthcare/insurance works. Like others here there was a simple billing error. I was billed for two ultrasounds, but only had one. Bills first go to the insurance company who automatically pays on pre-authorized services assuming they have been performed. then the bill came to me, the patient and when I disputed a charge Radia's response was "well, your insurance paid on it, so there is no error and we will not investigate further despite your claim." Radia would not verify with my doctor's ********* medical chart, they would not work with my insurance provider, and now have escalated their error to full-on fraud. I have filed a complaint with the ************************* because after at least a hundred hours on the phone over FIFTEEN months of trying to resolve this I can see they are not interested in making this right. If you are reading this you're probably also at your ****' end with Radia and I recommend just going directly to the ** to save yourself a migraine or fifty.Here's a link *************************************Review from Bob W

RADIA - Not helping me. I have called them 3 times in order to legitimize billing. The billing I received gave no billing information other than a reference to Swedish hospital. I do not trust such transactions and do what I can to legitimize. I was not able to do so. I left a comment asking them to contact me and stated that until then, I will hold payment (what ever that *** be). *************Review from Donna K

We have received a collection notice and contacted Evergreen Professional Recoveries.Came to find out they supposedly have 3 years of past due notices from RADIA INC PS.Radia has never billed us directly for these services, and from all the other complaints we see here, we are not alone.Very rude and poor customer service. Wish we could leave less than 1 star.Review from John G

Went in for imaging, and the MD rushed the reading, resulting in a blatant misdiagnosis. Normally not a big deal, as most places fix mistakes. However, Radia turned this into a fiasco. When I requested they fix the mistake, multiple staff resorted to gaslighting me (ie. mental abuse) to get me to accept their misdiagnosis, yelling at me, religious discrimination, and other forms of mistreatment. Then the MD started contacting my care providers and altered my medical record, without my knowledge and consent. Its also important to mention that most their employees are severely under trained in HIPAA rights, as many of them tell me a patient cannot request an amendment to the medical record. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, and their providers and staff completely deviate from the standard of care, engage in abuse, and they are some of the most narcissistic people Ive ever met. Working with mental patients is easier than dealing with Radia!Review from Tami C

I was turned into, what I can only assume is RADIA's own collection company, as they are called Evergreen Collections (hmm, same name as a RADIA location), when I was first getting the calls from this Evergreen place, I thought it was spam. I was very irate, when I did return their call and found out they are a collection agency for RADIA. I was told Many, many times that it was an insurance issue and they were working on this with my insurance company- next thing I know, I'm getting calls from a ****************** I was told between RADIA, *********** and my employer that this should all be paid for, I didn't owe anything. again, "please be patient and wait another 4-6 weeks" so I did, only to keep getting calls from Evergreen ****************** So I called them, and RADIA and asked them how I get this off my record- RIGHT NOW, well if you pay it now, it will be off. so, I did pay the nearly $500 bill. Then again am told to wait for my refund, then when I call back, there's an auto voice explaining to me that I'm owed a refund, and its on its way- well- DUH, so wait more time, its a complete joke this company. It has been almost a year, and I STILL do not have my $500 refund! - even though, today, I called RADIA again and the automation voice tells me looks like you have a CREDIT!- WTH are you kidding me?! so when do you think I will ever get this? I will never use this company again, it is a waste of my time, and then for FRAUDENTLY put my information to their in-house collections is BS and wrong on so many levels. Such a ********************* and I will tell everyone- crazy thing in a co-worker who is in my same department is going through the same thing... so how many more?
