  I agreed to have Cooper's Landscaping de-thatch, ariate and seed my front and backyards. They also agreed to fill in an number of low spots in the yard with high quality top soil. I chose Cooper's based on Isaiah's (the owner) assurances I would have a very nice front and back lawns as a result of him using very expensive seed that he claimed was the best around. The end result was VERY disappointing. My front yard was turned into a huge area of weeds as Isiaih has no real expertise in landscaping, and my backyard was little better. Cooper's did remove MOST (NOT ALL) of the moss in the yard, but his arieation and seeding did NOT produce the lawn he promised. In fact my lawn was a disasaster and I have been spending every weekend fixing Cooper's botched lawn work. I can provide pictures of the poor results if needed, which I sent to Cooper's once it was clear his work WOULD NOT produce the results expected. I really knew at that point that Cooper's did not have the knowledge or expertise to do the job right. So I asked Isaiah for an cu yard of Top Soil to be dropped off so I could finnish that job right. After many emails, Isaiah FINALLY responded and unexpectedly just showed up at my house to see the problems after a number of additional emails with no repsonse. He agreed the lawn was not as promised and said that for $178 extra he would simply apply 34 pounds of Weed and Feed and claimed the new grass would produce a lawn. When I siuggested we cut price down, Isaiah refused to respond any further and left me with no resolution. At this point, given all the time energy and frustration Cooper's has created with no tangible result as promised originally, I requested Cooper's refund the outrageous fee of $600 he charged me for the Seed and the simple spreading of the seed. He claimed the seed costs $300, so I'm looking for a refund of the full $600 for the Seed and appliication that DID NOT produce the results he promised.
