We sold ****************** a 2011 Audi Q5 on 09-01-2023 the vehicle was fully inspected by our shop before the sale. A week after purchase ****************** called about a complaint of oil loss we told him to bring the vehicle in and we will check into the issue upon review with the mechanic he could find no oil leakage from the engine nor burning of oil there were no check engine lights or low oil level warnings. ****************** was advised these vehicles do not have a manual oil dip stick it is done through the MMI system in a specific way it must be of operating temperature and sat on level ground for 2 minutes after shut off. ****************** seemed satisfied and left the dealership, a couple of days later he called and said the mile per gallon was fluctuating a lot in the trip computer he was advised that will happen with a lot of start and stop driving in traffic. A couple of days after the last phone call he showed up the lot stating the vehicle ***** oil and too much gas. The shop looked over the vehicle again and still found no issue with the Q5 at that time ****************** asked for a refund and he was told that would not be and option since no issues were found with the vehicle but we would be willing to take it in on trade on another vehicle he was given a fair trade in value which he accepted and purchased another vehicle. Again a couple of days after the purchase he was not happy with the vehicle but could not explain the exact issue he was having and would like his money back. *** ******* was told that was not an option at that point ****************** threatened employees of the dealership that bad things could happen to them. At that point ****************** was informed that he was not allowed to call or step foot on the dealership property or the police will be called. We have tried to work with ****************** on multiple occasions to fix a problem or concern he might of had but we could find none therefore we are unable to do what is requested.
