On Jan 14, 2024 during the really cold temps in the ******* area, I called Done Right and ***** came out to fix a pipe that had burst. ***** told me if I could pay cash it would only be $500. So I paid him that same day. After speaking with my insurance company they said I just needed to send them a receipt/invoice from the plumber and I would get reimbursed so I texted Jan 20th if I could get an invoice, then I called on Feb 6th and spoke with ***** to get an invoice. He said sure, just send him my contact information again so I texted him my information. Feb 15th, I sent an email with my contact information again with the date of service and received no response. I texted ***** again Feb 18th, no response. Feb 20th I called Done Right Plumbing's office phone and spoke to ******, asked for my invoice/receipt provided the date of service and said I had already emailed them, and she said she would take care of it but I have not received anything yet.Business response
