I traded my truck 2007 GMC in for a 2014 ***** impala. Nothing was wrong with my truck as I left the car from the dealership the check engine light came on took it back to there shop they fixed the issue got my car back and it's a repeated problem that they kept saying they fixed and didnt. They had my car in the shop fixing it for over Two months to get it back and the issue still not fixed. They gave me a part to take the car to another shop to be put on and they gave me a part that wasn't the issue. Contacting them and letting them know again and they stated my 90 days is already up there's nothing they can do but my car sat in their shop for over 60 days of my warranty time while they were waiting for a part that arrived that wasn't the issue. While my car was in the shop when I called for updated they would never answer and when someone did answer the person I needed to speak to was never available. ***** is the person I was working with. I was willing to trade the car for another vehicle but they told me that wasn't an option.

These people put me in a bucket that i didn't even have most of the time. I spent most of my time in loaner cars that also had mechanical issues and air bag lights. I bought out of the contract after 6 months but then the incompetent finance department continued to take payments from me by manually entering in my card information. Not one member of the office knew what the other office was doing. No one communicates to each other. I can't imagine how that business stays afloat. Instead of issuing a refund and apologizing for their carelessness, i was met with resistance and suddenly a finance lady who had nothing to say for also running her mouth any other time. Good riddance to this company. I'm glad I can finally leave them in the dust

I have purchased cars here, and used the repair shop as well for brakes, hoses, etc. This is a great family owned business and I appreciate the attention I get. I've not felt any pressure during purchases and never upsold at the service center either. They've delivered on everything promised, and I will continue to support the local business.

My family and I have purchased multiple cars over the years from Carson Cars and appreciate their attention to detail and situation. The team at Carsons have always been respectful and knowledgeable in our car buying experience. Plus, they have their own repair shop if needed. I would recommend Carson Cars to my friends and family any day!

Well after reading the reviews, I noticed a pattern on positive reviews and a pattern on negative reviews. I'm considering getting a car from Carson Cars and I like to check reviews beforehand. The positive reviews follow similar limited details to their experience and the few that provided more details also seem to give more unlikely experiences. Although, the details could have happened, it just sounds, feels like it's something that had not happened. I also noticed in many of the positive reviews, there were pleasant replies showing their thanks and appreciation. On all the negative reviews, there was never a reply made to the customer to show any empathy at all, of their encounter, situation or in defense of themselves or the company's name. The authors of these reviews can attribute a tone of displeasure concerning their encounter, situation, which seemed sincere and not malicious or made-up uniformly sounding like the next one. Each negative review seemed to not have had any conclusion or solution fixing their stated problems. If a company won't even publicly address customer concerns showing empathy and providing a way towards solutions or to just acknowledge the customer has had a negative problem and that they aren't being forgotten about goes a long way w/ me as a customer. I've reconsidered my option to purchase a car from this business based on my logic and opinions after reading the reviews at different posting boards like Yelp and the BBB website, which I'd like to encourage everyone to do before they make money concerning purchases form a business. Even though Carson Cars got an A- from the BBB, there are other factors to consider like opinion and factors that BBB doesn't account for, that *** matter to you.

I bought a 2006 *** here, there was a promotion at the time with a free warranty with the purchase. I went over the paperwork later on at home and they charged me $3,000 for that warranty even though they told me there was a promotion where the service was offered free. I wouldnt have gotten a warranty on a 2006 car, especially for $3,000 had they been upfront. I called to confront them and they didnt care the sale was final Bad business practice here, ***** the finance manager was the one who did my paperwork and verbally told me about the free warranty with purchase and charged me anyways.

I went to Carson Cars Dealership to look for a car. I heard about them through a friend of a friend. I had never bought a car from a dealership before and knew absolutely nothing about it. I was driving a 98 ****** Corolla, which I had just paid 800 to fix. I knew the other side of the car and struts needed replacing but it still ran well. I had the car and ***** cash for down on a car. Long story short the car salesman bought my car from me without the dealership knowing for 500$ cash. With the **** and 500$ I had 2000$ cash down. I picked a **** ***** CRV for 6995$. I heard the salesmen making fun of me in the manager's office (I'm a fat 41yr old toothless woman) that I was sitting right outside the door of. The salesmen told me my payments would be 300$ a month. My finances are my grants for college. I get a large sum of money 4 times a year for the four quarters of school. I completely explained this when buying the car. I finally went into the manager's office and was told to sign here, here, and here. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME. I was not told how much the finance charge or the other ***** in fees. I was not told how to pay the car off or how long it would be with the payments. NOTHING!! When I got home and started reading the contract, all I could say is there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I WOULD OF AGREED TO IT. I'm a single mom of a 2-year-old who escaped a D.V. relationship, I'm in college, and on state assistance. I feel completely taken advantage of as someone they knew needed a car, and didn't know anything about buying a car from a dealership. I was the perfect target for a classic slimeball sleazy car dealership. In the end, I am stuck paying ****** for a ***** $ car even if I pay it off early and quickly. I know there is nothing I can do about it but let everyone else know as a consumer that Carson Cars is unethical, not trustworthy, greedy, and makes fun of its customers. Two weeks later the car broke down and had to be fixed.

They were really great in finding me the right fit with my budget and need. They have worked me to the end even after my purchase.
