      They discriminated against me as someone that's legally disabled and turned me down as 1. My credit is bad due to years or waiting to get on disability and 2. The amount I make on SSDI they told me I'd have to make a lot more than what SSDI gives me. How am I suppose to get to My doctor *************

      I bought a 2011 Dodge ram **** for ******. Zag motors said several times that they would fix the problems and have been dicking us around every since. I want this fixed immediately. It has a blown head and it needs a new fuel tank. they said they fixed it once but all they did was clear the check engine light...

      Our service shop has been in contact with ************ on this issue and we're surprised that he filed this complaint. ************ was told that all the parts are on order and they take around 2 week to arrive, and ************ was ok waiting for the parts to arrive. **************** truck will be repaired once all the parts arrive.

      My business partner and I went to purchase a car from ******* for our company. We went in with pre-approval financing from our own bank. While we were sitting doing the paperwork on the car, ******* was doing the back and forth with his mysterious boss in the back office collecting info during the negotiation. He lied right to our face about being able to work with our bank, all the while telling us that our bank is asking for proof of insurance, then again saying our bank wants an insurance binder naming them on it (since this is a company car). So we got all that done, signed everything and took possession of the car.The next day, I got a call from ***** in finance asking when were bringing in a check. I reminded him that the salesmans boss was going to send a PO to my bank, at that time he asked me what the banks info was and who to deal with. I thought that was a little odd. I told him to look back at the string of emails that has all the info bank name, underwriters name and number, bank address where to send the *** etc. He said Oh here it is, thankyou.The following day, I get an email from my bank that they have a PO but cannot pay it because ZAG is on their do not do business with list. I asked how could that be, youve been in contact with ZAG several times gathering all the info from us during the purchase. Thats when my bank told me they have never heard from ZAG one time before receiving the PO.Now ZAG tells me its out of their hands, they sold us the car and its up to us to find our own financing or they could repo the car. Weve gone to several other banks now and all have ZAG on a do not do business with list.End result they have our $5000 down payment, we have a car we cant afford outright, and no one will finance it because ZAG has a history of several shady business practices that puts them on a black list.All I want is my $5000 returned, give this stupid car back, I will never deal with them again.
