The Business e-commerce offered me 3 seperate credit cards. ***************** $13,000. Discover, $5000 and BOA Silver, $6,000. They would be used to build a website for an online business. They maxed out 2 of the cards immediately. I could not afford to do more, so they used the 3rd one to pay off one of my credit cards by doing a transfer with 0% for a year. I paid a $30 monthly fee. I had coaches to help with my store Aliexpress every week. They said I could earn money by working 20 min to an hour a day.I had lost my job in April so I had time to work on this store all day. Which I did. Day in and day out. I did not keep notes, but complained a lot about no customers. They helped me with ********* ********************** I worked on getting my product out there everyday. Still nothing. All the time living off my personal credit card. After about 4 months I got an order for $55.00. After a couple more months and no profit I called the gentlemen who set my store up with me. He said maybe I needed an upgrade with some Ads to add to my site. That was another $4500 on my personal credit card. I saw an Ad one time, then never again. I finally did make one more sale for $100.00. After trying this for 11 months and only making $160.00 I told them I finally quit. They said it wasn't their problem. The cards and the store were all mine and they would no longer coach me. Unfortunately I didn't pay this company the money. They gave me credit cards which I now have to pay for.

Business coerced my mother into paying services with multiple credit cards which they told her to set up. We have an unresolved open payment with **************** that we would like credited promptly so the credit card can be cancelled. This credit card was used only for Freedom E-Commerce. **************** will not drop the charges unless receiving request from the vendor, Freedom E-Commerce. Seeking credit for $3,416.25 to close the card account.

Senior citizen customer did agree to the settlement. The business practice of this company is concerning as an on-going business taking advantage of senior citizens. This company advised my elderly mother to open several credit card accounts to fund the business. One of the credit cards was an **************** Delta Elite card with an annual fee of $550 and up-front charges on the cards over $12,000. No income resulted from this money paid and left my elderly mother holding the bag with credit card bills. This is not an ethical business which takes advantage of trusting seniors they attract with on-line advertising. Recommend to any prospective customers to avoid this company.

I am complaining that this company contacted me with a sales pitch that first asked if I was interested in being part of a program where I would have a successful business built for me and also get training from a successful drop shipping business owner until my new business was up and running and successful, When asked how much income would my business have to generate in order for me to be able to quit my regular job which was my primary goal for starting this business, and still live comfortably. I told him I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE $10000 mo, but I think I could live comfortably on $6000mo..To that he replied and I quote "That is very doable!" The only stipulation for what I would be getting besides an initial start up fee of $9800 was that I had to agree to let them use my "success story' as advertisement to promote their business. At first I thought that price was a bit steep but if I was getting all that how could I go wrong! Well It was all a lie! Yeah they built me a website and I did get some training but not from a pro who had their own drop shipping business.in fact after my third ****** I started getting my training from someone who was being trained at the same time! about three or four weeks later I was handed off to yet another trainer who knew even less and also missed appointments without even a courtesy call to let me know ahead of time so I wouldn't have to take off early from work to make our agreed upon appointment time. The second time this happened was exactly the same, no heads up!I emailed her several time to find out what eas up and to reschedule but Ive gotten no response. I ve tried contacting Freedom ecommerce on their website and have gotten no response from them ! My advice to anyone thinking about doing business with these guys,...DON'T DO IT!

The reason for my complaint was the outright lie I was told to get me to purchase the service.I was told that i would be part of a "success story"program if U paid. their high price and gave up any and all rights to my story that they would use with their add campaign! Total lie!

I would just like to add that this company has still not responded to my complaint directly and at the least they still owe me training. Also if you notice in their reply they didn't discuss or try to justify the lie they told me to get me to purchase their service. The same lie that you can read about on other victims  of plants on this website and others!

I paid a lot of money ($15,000) for advertising to attract customers to my site. The initial agreement (and $4,000) was that they would get my site up and running, and teach me how to build it bigger. Then they told me that for a larger sum, they would do all the advertising necessary to get me started. They have yet to do any advertising work for that fee, and after 3 months of no income, and increasingly spotty contact with the 'trainers', my site locked me out for a non-payment after my credit cards maxed out trying to cover it. I was without a job or income for three months and was attempting to build something at all that would be an income, instead this was just a huge expense that my savings could not handle.

I was contacted from Freedom Ecommerce. The manager **** told me that he would build me am online dropshipping store that would rank on ****** so I wouldn't need to spend tons of money on marketing an that there company would help me no matter how long it took. He promised me that I would be making money in no time at all. He said all I needed to do was pay him $4,000.00 an once I did this I'd have my store an marketing all taken care of. He said once my store was finished an I was making money that I would be part of a program that I would tell my testimony about how Freedom Ecommerce helped me with my store. But so far they haven't done anything that was promised to **** want my money refunded! This is fraud an they are just stealing money from people that are trying to get ahead in life. It's wrong for any company to steal from there customers.Especially since they sought me out.I didn't contact them looking to start a store. What **** was telling me sounded great but it was all a lie.So far I've gotten 1 sale the whole 4 months ive been working with them. They have not done $4000.00 in work.I've already complained to them once about me not being happy but **** promised me I'd be happy once I got my marketing from them.Well I'm not happy at all!

In May of year 2022: I entered into a financial agreement to have an income producing website: www.rhythmandrecovery.com. with the company : freedom.ecommerce.com ( The payments were divided up between Discover Card and ***************** a total of $500.00/month.) The business was committed to 1 hour/week online training. The contingency was if you needed the trainer in between training sessions to either text or email the question to them. The problem with that is that it didn't always reach the trainer for some reason and I set in limbo until the next training session. (wasted time). Then you graduate to a 30 minute training session once a week. Now the training is less and the unanswered questions go unanswered and sometimes forgotten. This went on the entire time from May of 2022 until January of 2023 when I told my instructor to just shut down the website. She did. I haven't made any monies this whole time and there was no evidence of anything changing. The ball was dropped and not by me. I see no justification to be obligated to make payments of something that is broken and I have NO ONE to find and correct the issue. There was a period of 1 full week when I tried desparately to get someone to answer some questions and could NOT. A WHOLE WEEK!!! I contacted the BBB but did not file a complaint and when I told them this they went ballistic. That's how I got a $1000.00 reprieve on my credit cards. I was told they had a new phone system installed and guess what: they didn't have the common sense to text or email me in advance or offer an alternative communication method. Just pay off the balance owed on my credit accounts and go our separate ways. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. IT'S NOT PROFESSIONAL and You failed in training me properly. *******************************

************ is not transparent ************ seeks vulnerable people ************ brings with it stressful conversations seeking and intimidating customers into revealing very private financial information in an effort to increase their solicitation of the consumer Bullies customers into decisions by basically degrading you if you dont give them your hard earned money so they can help you make your business successful. Following EVERY guide will not lead to success as the truth is, giving them endless money to basically operate your business for you is the only possible option for success. If you dont give them more money after the initial investment you sit stagnant with no means to succeed. They also own the website you paid them to build with you if you chose to stop operating your business. Read the fine print. High pressure to sign things in minutes without letting you seek legal assistance. I said I would not sign one document and was then verbally bullied and spoken to in a very abrupt fashion. Very condescending I refused to deal with ****** the head scumbag any longer and as such my business was officially dead in the water. When I said I was done and was going to cancel all my subscriptions etc required to operate the business I was told the website that I paid $6,000 to build was not mine outside of their company Total deceit.

Re: Complaint Against Freedom Ecommerce LLc by ***********************, Case No.18959627
      To whom it may concern:
************** states that Freedom Ecommerce preys on vulnerable people, this claim is meritless.
What ************** fails to mention is that Freedom Ecommerce did not seek her out, the reality is
that ************** inquired about developing an online business elsewhere before ever coming
into contact with Freedom Ecommerce. Freedom Ecommerce is a fulfillment agency that
works with people that have already started their path in developing an ecommerce business.
Furthermore if ************** did not feel that Freedom Ecommerce was not the right fit for her
endeavors, she certainly could have chosen to not move forward with her purchase and or
requested a refund within the 3 day cancellation period.
************** also has the perception that the only way to succeed was to have Freedom
Ecommerce runs her business for her, this is a service that is not offered by Freedom Ecommerce nor is it included in our description of services.
There appears to be an extreme level of confusion with regards to the claim ************** has
submitted. It has been conveyed to ************** during several conversations and once by email
that she has complete control and access to the website design she purchased much to the
point that we listed a step by step process to accessing her website, however if she chooses to
terminate her services with Freedom Ecommerce she would not have access to technical
support. In addition, if support services from Freedom Ecommerce are terminated **************
would still be able to acquire technical support from Shopify.
It is important to note that these allegations are being submitted 1 year from the date of
purchase 2/1/2022 additionally on 9/26/2022 ************** expressed wanting to place her
services on hold and signed an addendum regarding that matter.
Attached you will find the services hold agreement and the email sent to ************** yesterday
reminding her how to login to her website and reiterating that the webstore is hers.
If you wish to discuss the matter further please do not hesitate to contact us.

      Complaint: 18959627

I am rejecting this response because:
There are so many portions of the response missing. The response is very professional, as expected, but the actual conversations held on multiple occasions were far from professional. Sure I had choices and sure I opted to learn from Freedom Ecommerce but the process is extremely deceiving. No contract, signed agreements etc will change the procedure and systems used to obtain money from myself and so many others. It seems the complaints are all almost identical if you look through other complaints on line. A combination of financial exposure, and other very uncomfortable conversations were experienced after I was drawn into the program. Believing in a program and working it is all I did. I realized too late that the program was set up to succeed ONLY if way more money was invested. This was never verbalized up front. Period.
Thank you for your professional, legal based response but I, like so many others, were not told the full truth regarding what was necessary to succeed. Thats the epitome of scamming people. FEC took advantage of my desire to learn and abused me financially and sabotaged my ability to succeed once I did not feel comfortable giving any more money to the program. The contracts were required to move forward and obviously state that FEC guarantees nothing. I get that the company has to do this. Its just sad that its done as a safety net for the company expecting failure not a satisfaction guarantee which would encourage success. The company instead, defends itself with contracts so they have no responsibility for anything.
Why a year later? I worked the program for several months and only when I realized without giving FEC more money, the program was doomed did I express my disappointment with corporate and step back. Corporate basically said yet again, they promised nothing, I signed a contract etc. The issue was the deceit and withholding of key information to succeed. It took me a long time to admit to my stupid decision to trust this program. 1 year is nothing for money that took me many years to save.
Im one of many many others who can state the same things that occurred resulting in a loss of several thousands of dollars and not enough information in advance to possibly succeed.
Transparency should be a legal right to consumers. We shouldnt have to fight for transparency. We shouldnt live defensively assuming a company like FEC would take my lack of knowledge of a business for granted. FEC should be ashamed. Hoping others can be saved from making this same mistake I did.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************
