I have read these other reviews about Kreative LLC and my review is the very same. It is nothing but a scam. Taking all my credit to build a worthless website and wanting more money.GB

End of 2020 I was approached by Kreative agent and later on by the director. They will build my WEB and get my business going. Cost $ ****. Another agent ***** was assigned to assist with niche and establish connection with drop-shippers. Working with this gentlemen was true h*** I asked the director to assign someone else to me. There was no change, I was stuck with *****. He forced me to accept a niche of photography. Probably the worst niche one can imagine.Several companies called, pretending they are associated with the Kreative. All of them asked for additional money for accounting, optimizing the search engine etc. All of them have my complete information including my credit card. This info could only came from Kreative.Another call from Kreative. I must have a software without it I would not be able to do anything. Cost $10,000.00 Finally the web was created and I was assigned to **** to optimize the web for business. It was a slow process it took 12 months mainly due to strategic spacing between the consultations, typically 2+ wks. Nobody told me that there is a $99 monthly fee. Towards the end of ************************************ order to put my WEB on line, I have to sign this contract indicating my complete satisfaction with the service.My WEB was finally live along with another charge this time for automation. I would not be able to handle the amount of orders coming.Three months later, no sales at all. A competition - Semrush audited my WEB and found 84 errors, some of them critical. A long discussion with **** concluded that my niche - that I was forced to accept is no good. I tried to talk to the director before filing this complain. His phone number has been disconnected and employees were instructed not to reveal his contact info. At this point I quit; I spent enough time and $. My request is refund of the $10,000.00 for the software. I do not owe the software and can only use it if paying the $99,00 monthly fee.

We were/are not responsible or tasked to get your business going we were contracted to design a website and assist with SEO services, this is not a guarantee regarding when or if sales would be made.Prior to any purchase we cover the contract with every client and emphasize that we do not make any representations regarding sales or success, this step as advised was conducted over a recorded landline and was completed on 1/29/2021. During this recorded call you were also advised that you may or may not be offered additional services that you can choose to accept at your own discretion, during this same call you were advised and reminded of the recurring monthly hosting, training and support fee ($99.99) and that the initial term of this contract was for 24 months and would automatically continue on a month to month basis thereafter unless notified otherwise. A copy of this call can be provided if requested. In addition there was not another contract that you signed with Kreative as you claim.With regards to your claim that we shared your information, this is false. Kreative does not share information and furthermore once payment has been processed our system eradicates the middle 8 digits of every card number to prevent against instances such as the one you are describing. Furthermore once a domain has been published there is generally contact information listed in websites and or social media profiles.There is no strategic spacing as you reference between appointments, clients are able to schedule as many support appointments as they can realistically handle but would need to be accountable for completing their portion of work prior to the next appointment. Also if you are working with one specific support technician rather than accepting the first available opening you are subjected to that individual's availability. The automation you are referring to is not a service that Kreative provides, what you described is similar to a webmaster service which we do not offer. It is possible that this service was made with another company. Niche/supplier solutions are the sole decision and responsibility of the client, that said you did express wanting to change your niche on 1/14/2022 and were to follow up with our support team with a decision, the specific support team member did state that we would assist with the change if you so chose. As of current we have received no indication that you want to pursue that change, all the while we have continued to complete phases of your program that you have submitted approval for the deliverables completed as recently as 2/7/2022.We would encourage you to contact us directly to discuss these matters so that we can find an amicable solution.
