Had then do a sunroof for ** in 2018 a month after the roof was damaged by a three-inch snow fall, took many months and many back and forth to come up with a price to repair, mind you, it was only a few months only, the warranty they gave us seems useless. After many backs and Forths they would not do the work unless we paid an addition $1500.00 and then they used 90% of the damaged materials. This week a branch fell on the roof causing a good amount of damage in three sections, we notified the guy that had been working with us all those past months, I even sent pictures have heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgement he received or was doing anything about the damage. They take your money but take their time to do anything and if you have any problems, they do in fact ghost you. All we want is a function patio cover to keep our grandkids dry while playing outside. Now we can't even use the patio as it is not safe out there. Don't waste your money with this company, cannot see why they have a B- rating, it should be an FReview from Ann M

I hired Sunrooms Northwest in December 2020 to build a sunroom into my backyard. Construction didn't start until many months later after the permit was received and everything went well until near the end when I inadvertently paid in full when the work actually wasn't done. At that point they ghosted me. There is a door that exits the sunroom that has never worked right. They tried three or four times to make it work and finally told me that they would order a new door, that was September 2021. They have not contacted me since. Multiple efforts with email and phone calls have gone unanswered. I was also very dissatisfied with their billing practices. I never got an itemized estimate and we changed the project a few times and they never gave me updated estimate as to what I actually owed or if they owed me money back since the project was downsized.
