      Owner Caleb has stopped responding to me and I cannot find his physical location. I paid Caleb $4300 upfront In March 2024 so that he could order parts for my truck. So he has absconded with $4300 of my money and I've gotten nothing- no parts, no response, no work. I just want to get my money back.

      I gave this man pretty much almost $8000 to put a brand new transmission in and I've been stuck on the side of the road ever since. I was supposed to leave like 4 months ago to my Uncle's funeral and I've been stranded because of him and now he doesn't care to work. On the vehicle hes cooking it back 4 times as broke down 4 times the 1st time he had to pay for it to toe to get back and now he keeps putting me off. He's put me off 2 months now and I need to get out of Washington. I'm stranded where I'm at because of him he won't do anything about it. He keeps putting me off and tell me to go somewhere else to fix it when hes got a warranty on there for it. 's got a year. The warranty on it it's not even been a year and the ****** does not work at all. It will barely go down the road. I can't make it up a hill and if I told my travel trailer with it it won't make it and it breaks down and I have to. Get told in to another shop every time I have videos and poor Uncle's funeral which I dearly wanted to go to I miss my dear uncle and I. Really wanted to see. All my family and he deprived me from thas well as he took me in my travel trailer and put us on the side of the road with a. Bunch of people that are crackheads and they're robbed me blind and he knew that they would he knew that street was across the street from his shop. And he knew what that street was but he still put me there. He did not care and every time I put a $100 in gas in there when I gave it back to him he ran the $100 out. Which is absolutely ridiculous? He didn't shut my door and keep it locked. He left my door open the whole time so it killed my battery so now I have to buy a new battery my truck overheats now which it never. Did he put a thermostat? And I didn't ask him to do and other things that I did not ask him to. Do I only asked him to fix the clock? And my transmission and a water hose about my air conditioner and my 4 by 4 other than that. He won't fix. My vehicle? And I'm supposed to be in ******* a long time ago. This is absolutely ridiculous I shouldn't have to be doing this. I'm homeless on the side of the road in my travel trailer. Because of this man I could be in a house and ******* by now but he does not care a b he told me to take it to another mechanic. When I've got a warranty on it from him?

      Good Morning

      I'm sorry that you were not able to make it to the funeral. We repaired the issues that you wanted us to repair and that you approved us to repair before we did the work. When we replaced the transmission, it did end up failing which was at no fault to us or you and we paid to get it towed back here. Where we diagnosed it and found out the new transmission was bad. We got right on with the warranty company and got you a replacement transmission, which unfortunately took a week or so to get in. But we got it installed and back to you as fast as possible. Than yes you did have to bring it back cause it was acting weird, where we found one of the sensors on the transmission was bad and we were able to switch the sensors as there are 2 but only one is being used. We did not charge you anything extra for the sensor diagnostics even though they are not covered under warranty as they are original. When you came in originally your ** was empty and wasn't working, and we tested it and got it working. When we test drove it it never had any issues overheating. I had you bring it back in when it had the over heating issue and made sure there was no air in the coolant. Than found out that it over heats when the ** is on for a while which does put more of load on the engine. There is an auxiliary fan that's supposed to come on when the ** is on but it doesn't, which I explained to you. Unfortunately we have been booked up and have you on the schedule for the 26th of June to look at it. The only thing I said about going to another shop about was the overheating issue as we are booked out and cant get you in any faster and another shop may be able to get that taken care of for you sooner. As for the fuel we never ran it long enough to go through a tank of fuel, let alone the fact when you initially dropped it off the tank was almost empty. Our test drives are **** miles and we only went on a few test drives.

      You didn't mention how I went above and beyond helping you out with giving you rides back and for from the shop to your trailer multiple times and using my own fuel and taking time out of the shop to do so, and how I even towed your trailer after hours for miles to try and get it in a safe location that you said you had found, unfortunately we had to put it across from the shop as the location you had found, wouldn't take trailers.
