I booked the house and trailer at Cascade River House for 06/20/2022-06/22/2022 on 11/28/2021 and paid the full amount of $1000.02 via PayPal to them. Their cancellation policy is free cancellation one week before the arrival date. Due to schedule conflict, I decided to cancel this reservation on 03/06/3022 and have emailed them my cancellation decision. It has been more than two months since my cancellation. But I still don't get any refund back. I have contacted them many times. **** and Will stated in their email on 04/05/2022 that they are sorry and will have their accountant look into this. I emailed them again on 04/26/2022 and told them that I have not received any refund yet. So far I have not received any response yet! Please help to resolve this issue and have them to refund $1000.02 back to me! Thank you!Business response
