I reached out to **** at Honest Heating after reviewing his web site. He looked like the answer to our problem with our well. We had a good discussion and he told me he would come out and assist to help address the excessive sediment coming into our house. He pointed out there would be a service fee to come out of $185, which I was agreeable to pay knowing it would help lead to a quote and ultimately the work getting done. **** knew it was an important concern of ours as our water wasn't working right and had a myriad of related issues. **** stated he would help us and get this fixed when he drove off. **** planned on getting the water tested to produce a recommended filter system, followed by a quote. So, I waited....and I waitedand I waited, for a quote that never came. Finally, after a few weeks I reached out asking for an update/proposal. That first call he told me he had no excuse for not following up but apologized and would get back to me. He did send a text later stating he had my info into someone for review (filter guy?) but then nothing ever came; no follow up, no quote. After another month of waiting for **** to respond, and hoping a bid would come, I called him again; this time asking him for a refund and an "official" parting of ways vs. hoping he would do the right thing. If **** didn't want to work with me, provide a quote; he should have just said that vs. drag this out months while accepting my money up front. Just a poor way of doing business while we suffer waiting for help that never came. I'd like my service fee of $185+ tax refunded at a minimum and can provide a copy of his billing if needed.Business response

reimbursed customer ********* apologize for not getting back to him on the filtration.My water filtration designer got sick and has passed away.I will not be doing filtration any more.thanks *********;Customer response
