Early September the first crew of packers came. Unbeknownst to us, they were taking items already packed and repacking them in the Two men and a truck boxes, costing us hundreds of dollars unnecessary. While doing this, it turns out that often they would use a medium size box for one small item, once again costing us more money unnecessarily. The third day, the second crew came and was much more professional and once I complained about the boxes, the practice of removing stopped unless necessary. The second crew was fantastic and I would use them again, but I'm not sure about Two men and a truck and their business practices. The first crew asked for a tip and got nothing. The second crew didn't ask for a tip and I insisted on giving them one. I'd like a refund for the boxes.Business response

This customer was challenging to pack and move. I have plenty of documentation and pictures that will attest to this. We describe this type of customer as a hoarder. My crew had to remove trash at the request of the customer just to make room to do any packing. Once the packing started it took 3 days. Our crew was being slowed down by the customer being right in front of them asking the crew to reopen boxes to see what was inside and then the crew had to repack the boxes. Most of the boxes were unusable, unstable, open top, etc. so they couldn't be used to stack in the moving truck. At one point a manager was onsite to politely ask the customer to stay out of the way so we could perform services in a timely manner because the customer had stated they had to be off the premises by a certain date. First and foremost, we are professionals and every service and container (box) we provided was required to complete the packing and moving. One final point would be our customers have the authority to request as much or as little service as they want. We accomodate because we are a customer service based company. This customer could have requested us to stop service at any time and we would have done so. Their packing and moving was expensive due to everything that had to be done but from all my pictures, texts, documents, etc.... a refund is not justified.
