I went to go get my eyebrows waxed on my lunch break, and during the service I did not hear the opening and closing of drawers and her grabbing new sticks. I found out that they have a one stick per client rule and they double triple and quadruple dip, the same stick into the same pot of wax for everybody. I talked to the owner who has done my nails for years and she verified that the information that the other lady gave me was correct. Im in the industry I know state board sanitation laws, and that is a total violation. I feel violated I feel disgusted. I dont feel like I can get clean enough anymore. I am nervous that there is going to be something wrong because of receiving a service from her.
