10 /17 / 23 had a service done. They left the oil cap off made a huge mess blew oil all over the engine bay see pictures. Service took an hour and a half.10 / 21 / 23 they had me bring the car back to clean up the huge oil mess, flush oil and do oil analysis because who knows what got in the engine from them leaving the oil cap off after last service. There is still oil covering the engine bay and alternator after "cleaning". They won't give me oil analysis report I suspect that's because they didn't really flush the oil or do analysis because oil is at the same level as when I dropped car off.I was told that I'd get a call the next day so they could schedule me for a detail of the engine bay because they did a sloppy job cleaning and there is oil all-over the engine yet. It's been 3 business days since that. No call and whenever I drive the car I smell oil burning.

****************** was in our dealership on 10/17/2023 for an oil change service and did have a poor experience due to an oil cap not being properly installed.  ****************** has since been back in the dealership on two different occasions, once on 10/20 and again on 11/3, to address and rectify the situation. We have thoroughly cleaned the engine area and surrounding areas that were affected by the error and restored them to the same condition as they were prior to the incident. In addition, ****************** had concerns about the alternator and that it's life expectancy may have been compromised by the occurrence.  We have also provided ****************** with additional warranty coverage on his alternator to give him some peace of mind and faith that he won't experience any additional expense or inconvenience as a result of the original incident.

Like **** stated I have been back 2 times to get the issue somewhat resolved because they lied the first time. The first time I went in the service department told me they would flush the oil analyze the oil and clean up the oil. They didn't flush the oil didn't even change it, was at the same less than full level. Noticed before I left the first time with oil running out from under the good yet. A horrible experience with a incredibly dishonest dealership.

On August 8th my husband and I pulled into the lot to trade in our **** Tacoma double cab for a 2022 Access Cab.Both our names were on the previous vehicle, the salesman knew the new vehicle was for us both, but primarily mine. However, we ran it under my husbands info for the credit because I'm currently between jobs; I still have a 760 credit score. We had EVERY intent to both be added to the registration.Salesman repeatedly told me congrats on my new truck and on OUR truck, etc, etc... never understanding the legal implications of not having my name on something in a community property state after a marriage.I filled out power of attorney forms; why would I have had to do that if I wasn't having MY NAME ADDED? Only one person is needed to transfer a vehicle. There was no need apparently for me to even be there to buy my own truck for 3 hours because apparently they only sell and deal with men. Just s**** your female customers right? We pick up the registration today and only my husband is listed as the owner of MY TRUCK. They say it's not their fault but it clearly is, as we now have to refinance a brand new vehicle.I plan to ****

******************** and Ms. ********* did come in to the dealership and purchase a new Tacoma. We are not exactly sure where the communication broke down, however in the ******************* and with almost all lenders, the buyer(s) listed on the contract must be exactly the same on the registration and vice versa. Ms. ********* did not complete a credit application, and therefore, was not listed on the purchase agreement or the bank contract as a buyer or co-buyer.  Since ******************** is the only listed buyer on the purchase agreement and bank contract, his name is the only name that can legally appear on the registration.  Ms. ********* was aware that she was not asked to sign any documents regarding the purchase of their new truck.  ********* of attorney that was mentioned in this case was necessary because Ms. ********* was listed on the **** Toyota that was traded in, and therefore, it was necessary that ******************** would need her to legally sign off on the vehicle before it could be accepted as a trade.  A person cannot just be "added" to a registration, unfortunately that is not allowed.  If ******************** and Ms. ********* would like to have the vehicle registered in both of their names, they will need to refinance the vehicle with any lender of their choosing, one as a buyer and the other as a co-buyer, after doing so the state of Washington and the lender would allow both parties to appear on the registration.  I hope this answers all remaining questions in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:its rude and inappropriate. I'm 36 with a doctorate degree and married, it's Dr., first and foremost. Secondly,  the entire staff said they can't do anything and thus we already changed the registration using our own money via the lender directly. During sale all they wanted was to get the truck sold, they cared not how the paperwork was done. We traded in a mutually owned vehicle, why would we not be buying a second? It's common sense.

This dealer cares very little about actually helping anyone; this issue was resolved 3 weeks ago. Keep up kiddos.I don't need anything further from people who don't care about customers and only seek profit. It's sad.

      Sincerely,

      ********************, ****
