      In June we test drove a 2015 **** Flex and loved it. We filled out the application and they were putting sale paperwork together. We a had a meeting to go to really quick but said that we would be back in 2 hours to sign final papers. Within the first hour we got a call that they let someone else test drive the car and the driver ran it into the side of the dealership when returning. The accident caused damage to the front bumper and a full airbag deployment. We spoke with a manager and they said they would keep in touch with us about the repairs.Not only did they ghost us completely but we have had a salesman call us multiple times since then trying to get us to buy more expensive vehicles and play dumb any time we asked about the Flex. 2 days ago we saw the car re-listed. Same car (the vin matches) for sale for $1500 MORE THAN WE WERE GOING TO PAY. When I posted online about this incident the dealerships responded with the following: "Hi ******, Im so sorry you felt the need to make this post instead of giving us a call, so we could rectify the situation at hand. My name is ************* the Customer Relationship Manager here, I would have been more than happy to have helped you out with this. The car is listed now, so you are more than welcome to buy it if youd like. We just got the car back, it was being worked on this entire time, and still needs a couple more things done to it. Which is why you weren't told that the car is ready because its not. But again, you are still more than welcome to purchase the vehicle. If you would like to discuss anything, I would be happy to help you out with any questions or concerns over the phone. Our number to reach us is ********** and ask for *****."Not only does the listing still say the car has a clean Carfax, despite the admitted accident, but they have listed it for sale despite it not being done with repairs. This dealership is awful!

      We recently purchased a used car from this business, paid with cash and a trade-in. The vehicle we purchased is great. Our complaint is we were only given $1500 for our trade-in. They then advertised it for resale for $13,500! And it now has been sold. Putting it nicely, that is really taking advantage of a senior couple! We just don't think this is a very fair business practice!

      I was charged $500 dollars in excess for titling and registration. In the finance process I was prompted to purchase a number of addons, one being a windshield protection. I expressed it was not needed/wanted. However, finance insisted they would give it to us for "free, later indicating they would rob ***** to pay ****. I asked if he removed this windshield addon would the final number decrease. He said it would not. What was not disclosed was that the funds that were used for the free windshield service plan were actually paid for by the monies they overcharged on titling and registration.Be aware, they will pad their fees, titling and registration and then move numbers around to try and justify it by including addons even if you dont want them. And when you try to have them removed, they will STILL KEEP your money, by shifting the funds back to the titling and registration. DECEPTIVE! They planned/intended on keeping the $500 either way. When I followed up with the dealership about what happened, ***** told me they would refund me. A week later post my review. ******************* reaches out via text to asking to call and talk about my experience further. I agree but ****** never calls, they text me at 8pm asking if they can call the next day. ****** doesnt call the next day either but sends ***** back to do the dirty work and call me. I was busy so we ended up texting, they apologized for the delay, and advised I would receive the check in 5-7 days. That was May 8th, still nothing. An empty resolution, again. Then, ***** reaches out and asks me to call her for what *****, for what? Everyone wants to talk but no one wants to act, just send me the $500 that you swindled and agreed to refund.I was agreeable to the $500 refund in lieu of having to redo the whole loan, also accepting the interest I would be assessed on this money-- that I SHOULDNT have been forced to pay to begin with, whether for an add on I didnt want, or the inflated fees Just gross.

      My daughter purchase a new Honda Civic from JP at this dealer, he told us that our license and registration is going to be $700 but I told him that we are not in ******* and it should not be that much but he insists that we pay $700 and if the actual fee is lower than will get our money back. I knew his is wrong but agreed to it knowing that we will get our money back. When we get to ******** who is doing our finance paperwork, ******** is trying to sell us additonal services including the Honda Care package which cost about $500 for four years, I decline and say no we are not interest. He then turns around and say what if I give you a free of charge for the same coverage, would you take it? I ask him are you sure there is no charge? he said nope. I said is there a catch, he said nope then I said ok that's fine, so he adds the Honda ******* care package to it and charge us $480 for the service contract. I didn't read the document because my daughter is signing it and she doesn't know. When we get home, I review the contract and what I learn is that he is taking the extra money that we deposit for the title and registration to pay for the service contract which means that when the actual fee for the registration came back which is estimate around $250, we will not get our extra money that we deposit back. I was so angry. I called them back the next day but none of them answer but finally was able to connect to the reception and told her the whole story and ask to speak to a manager. She said she will let the manager know and ask him to call me within minutes. After almost 2 hours the manager call me, and I told him the whole story again. He agreed to remove the service contract and lower the loan amount by that much, but we had to spend another trip to the dealer to fix some of the finance document. *****'s beware - Shermman is a cheater. Whoever get finance from him should check their paperwork carefully. if he can do to us, he can do to you too.

      I wished I would of read reviews before getting a vehicle from here, I did a trade in and the car I got has been nothing but trouble and naturally all the issues wrong are not covered under the extended warranty I purchased, I really needed a reliable vehicle to get my disabled father around and I was assured over and over that "We don't sell junk here" so I'm stuck paying monthly for a car that I can't drive and i still have several years til it's paid off, if the issues could be fixed I'd give a better review but unfortunately they aren't covered under the warranty I purchased and I can't afford to fix them

      My husband took our Civic in to have the alternator replaced today. He dealt with Director *************************, and two gentlemen in the ************************************ We cant begin to express the amazing customer service at this location. They were all extremely professional and took the time to make sure the service done to our vehicle was done to our satisfaction. My husband is very detail oriented when it comes to vehicle maintenance and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was pleased. Its not often that you find a business that takes the time to give you phenomenal service, so we wanted to make sure it was shared.
