on 8/18/21 Mr ******************** supposed to remodel my bathroom but when he completed remodel, my bathroom got leak into the bedroom cause carpet soaking wet and wall had to open to fix. It got fix but 2 months later by garage ceiling was dripping with water. I texted him but he said that he 's busy and have someone to look and fix it and if the leaking relate to his remodel then he will pay for it. I did contact a few contractors and they came and fixed with photos and videos that was cause by his negligence. The pipe were flat (should be round) cause water flow only 40% and the shower faucet connection wasn't seal or solder properly that's why cause leaking. I paid $2602.00 for his labor only. I tried to ask him to come and look to fix but he asked he have someone else to do it because he was busy. After it fixed, i emailed and texted him the amount with photos and videos but he never reply. I texted him again to remind but no reply. I would like him to pay me $3048.53 that i paid to get everything back to normal. They had to open my wall for 1st issue and 2nd issue they had to open my ceiling and remove the soaking wet insulation then let it dry for about couple months. I had his service to remodel my bathroom but i ended up open my wall, ceiling and clean all of soaking wet that cause me inconvenience and frustrating.Business response

I went over and did some work, she said she had a leak. I told her to call a plumber, she waited 3 months, then she wants me to pay for mold damage. It sounds to me that where the leak was was not part of my scope of work, I don't believe that I am responsible for all of her damages, especially since I went out of my way to assist her. I am not willing to provide a billing adjustment.

Here is the issue. I hired him to remodel and replace my bathtub. After he started the work around 7/26/21 and completed/paid on 8/18/21, on 9/8/21 after my vacation came into my daughter room were soaked with water on her closet carpet and all her clothes that were on the floor. I texted him same day to let him know and he sent another man to come and cut my daughter closet wall open to fixed and I have all the photos. On 11/23/21 that is another big issue that my garage ceiling pure water down on the floor and I texted him asap too to let him know. Same day later time he texted to get plumber to come and check heres is his text Nov 23, 2021 at 11:16AM ***** please call a plumber to come and check it out I cant Im hot the home owner. If its something I did I will pay for it Im really busy right now. *************** said they can fix tomorrow. and I reply Just want to confirm that if the leak is related to your replacing my bathtub, you will pay for it right? he replied if its related to the tub install I will pay for it. I got people to come open to ceiling to remove all the wet sheet rock and removed all the wet insulation, did the mold inspection just in case and turn out no mold yet, plumbing came to replace the squeeze pipe that didnt allow water flow 100% and solder the joint properly that cause the leak.
His statement wasnt true at all. I acted asap and plumber started the job on 11/26/21 and completed 12/3/21. I didnt close the ceiling because I have to let them completely dry first which until 2/25/22 because the outside temperature was cold that why take that long to dry. There is no mold but I did got the inspection and the leak was due to neglect from him. Photos and videos are available to see per request. Thanks
Please help me to open it back due of his neglect and not responsible for his own work. It made me stress and wasting a lot of my times that I took off from work.
